They had easy kiosk checkin. Leon at the front desk was very courteous and great! Room is clean and functional. Not at all as cramped as I thought it would be. Honestly like some of the simplicity of it better than spg/marriott.

Very well appointed rooms and open spaces. Easy check in and check out process. Water bottles on each floor is a nice touch. Loved the lounge area with coffees and teas. Location was excellent. Bathroom was spacious. The bed and beddings were nice and comfortable.

Reasonable price and great location. This hotel was less than two miles from the finish line. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud. Raquel was awsome. She helped me with directions to the Hynes Convention Center, a restaurant recommendation and to signing up to their Club Quarters Gold rewards program. I will stay...

Great experience! I've stayed at the Club Quarters in NYC and the one in Boston is just as nice. I stayed here with my partner to watch the Marathon and the location was so convenient for the price, you can walk everywhere. The bar downstairs was great to get some beers before our night out. Leon at the desk was...

We had a great time at Boston and this hotel was more than convenient, walking distance to public transportation and located in the center of the city. Staff is very friendly and helpful . Thanks to John at the front desk for all you did to make our stay great . This is a well located and clean hotel with...

Stayed for 1 night during the holidays and the experience was ok. Nothing really stood out. The front desk was not so friendly and barely greeted us. The snack bar was often empty but the hotel offers free bottle water refills, not so eco friendly though. It's odd that the hotel has no bathroom in the lobby, they refer us...

I came all the way from The Netherlands for a business trip. upon checking in, I wanted to do some work for my presentation. I realized my computer didn't work with the outlets here and the computers in the club room did not have Microsoft PowerPoint. I went to the front desk and Tristine tried everything to help me but...

This hotel is no frills and in desperate need of renovations. The rooms are very outdated. The description of the rooms on the website are inaccurate. Our room had a full bed which was advertised as having a queen The bedding is terrible.

Miki at the front desk was extremely accommodating and made it worthwhile to come back! Was here on business and arrived late a night to find the check in process seamless and the service second to none!

Because of the mess Delta had in Atlanta our flight was canceled last minute. I called to cancel our room as soon as I found out we could not get to Boston from Memphis. The hotel clerk told me I could not cancel. I asked to talk to the manager. She would not be in until 8:30am. I called her...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
