We enhanced our cleaning and safety procedures as part of the "CQ Certified Safe & Clean Program". Uniquely situated at the center of downtown Boston and its Financial District, this CQ hotel boasts walking-distance proximity to the waterfront, Government Center, and the city's famed North End. Housed in the Compton Building - which appears on the National Register of Historic Places - history buffs will appreciate being just a stone's throw from Post Office Square, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Boston Common, and the must-experience Freedom Trail. As we say here, wicked good.

The room is clean and comfortable. It is not large, but we did not choose it to spend much time in the room. We did use the fitness room and appreciate that facility. Having Elephant & Castle next door was handy and we ate there several times. We were close to the Freedom Trail, Samuel Adams Pub and Boston Segways. We could walk everywhere and to Enterprise when we were ready to pick up a car and drive to Acadia.

We spent three nights there (May 20-23) and have only positive things to say about the hotel itself and the staff. Everything from refillable water bottles to a front desk staff that was responsive, pleasant, and personable made our stay positive. The location near transportation was very good. There was plenty of food nearby and a great grocery store Roche Bros. about a five minute walk.

The Club Quarters Boston is a ver nice hotel. It was close to everything and the people that work there are outstanding. The room was comfortable. The restaurant, Elephant and Castle, had great food and service we ate there 4 times.

First, the service I received was outstanding, as I had an issue with another hotel/apartment booking. Carla at the front desk was amazing in helping me through it all and went above and beyond as she eased my nerves and made sure I had a place to stay for my daughter’s graduation! The hotel is clean, comfortable and centrally located to everything Boston has to offer! It is walkable to Faneuil Hall and all the sites down town, the T is a few blocks away if you need to grab a ride up towards Fenway and everything else Boston ! The experience I had saved graduation and made the weekend end on a happy note!

The hotel is dated and the maintenance of the hotel is poor. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced and the room was not cleaned because the night stands and table was very dusty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like lying on a cheap spring bed. I usually don’t complain about mattresses because I can sleep on any, but the the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I chose this hotel because it was cheaper than the hotel where my function was, but I regret settling with this hotel. You’ll get what you pay for. This hotel was $210 per night so it was not cheap. I expected more comfort, but disappointed. See attached pictures.

Our stay was overall very comfortable, safe and clean. It's modern interiors are striking. The location in Boston is central to the heart of the downtown / Faneuil Hall area and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and historic sites. I especially enjoyed the cappuccino machine and common living room!

The hotel is very well located and is possible to go to the most important places just walking. The staff of the hotel is extremily hepful and polite. The room is clean and in good size for big city hotels. Definitely staying here again when in Boston.

Whole hotel way past its prime, especially the hallways and rooms. Bathroom, including shower was 4ftx8ft! Lighting in the bathroom was atrocious as was the tile in the shower. Bed was hard and poor quality. Just shocked that for $394 including taxes got you this, maybe $250 for the downtown location max.

Needed a quiet hotel near Historic area for a quick weekend trip to Boston. Had not heard of Club Quarters, but the reviews and location sounded great and they proved correct. The customer service of the lobby staff is excellent, especially from Tristine, who was right on target with her restaurant recommendations and directions to places for quick tours to travelers with not much time. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfy.
