Nice property in a lowkey area, just outside of downtown. Nice safe running path behind the hotel with a great view. Excellent & helpful staff! I will definitely come back to this location for my next trip to boston.

Hotel was ok for a Hilton. Needs some up grades for example wall paper in bathroom was peeling. Staff was friendly. No restaurant in hotel but it had a coffee shop. I was disappointed that they decided not to put bibles in their hotel, the only Hilton chain hotel I stayed in that made this decision. I pray they have...

As a place to stay after a transatlantic flight from the UK, this is ideally situated, with a shuttle bus service on call. Reception was helpful, friendly and efficient. We had a nice room, with a comfortable bed, and good facilities and amenities. Breakfast was a buffet, more like a Hampton than the normal Doubletree, so disappointing. It was reasonable...

Very convenient location! Two blocks from the train. We were upgraded to the Hilton Honors floor, which was very nice. The room was very clean, good size and a very nice bathroom! My 9 year old daughter loved the cookies and hot chocolate. They don't have a pool but said we could have access to the local University which we...

the check-in was smooth and pleasant. We needed a late check-in and they were more then happy to hold our room for us. The topper for check-in was the warm cookie we received from the front desk. The hotel was very clean and the workers were very nice. The view of the bay was pretty good. . I was able...

Only problem is that the Internet went out. I'm not a big fan of heater/cooler units in the exterior wall. Very noisy, not efficient, but I only stayed one night and was close to my business location.

The room was clean and large. I would remark specially how nice and helpful is all the staff in general. The internet connexion works great. Very convenient free shuttle to the airport. Although it is not in the city center, it is very close to the subway station.

Staff very helpful and accommodating of our needs. Close to subway system and a short walk to the JFK Presidential Museum and Library. Subway to Fenway Park, TD Garden and to commuter rail to Gillette Stadium all quite easy. Older hotel but very well maintained and staff is outstanding.

Attentive staff. Excellent location. Clean and quiet rooms. Fitness center equipment and space is limited in comparison to other Hilton Garden Inn and other DoubleTree hotels. Proximal to the UMASS Boston campus and I-93. Excellent view of the bay. Refrigerators and microwaves are available for the rooms upon request. Hotel restaurant is a take out/café style. Closest restaurant is 0.9...
