I had my wife's 40th b-day party at the Westin Copley. Jennifer Morotto, one of the Westin Experience Supervisor, proactively reached out to me to ask me what she can do to make my stay successful. I had booked 6 rooms and Jennifer took care of everything for me. Jennifer was amazing! My wife had a great time and I...

Thank goodness for the Westin!!!! I had a horrible experience with Delta airlines and delayed travel trying to get to Boston. I literally spent over 36 hours in Atlanta trying to get to Boston to celebrate my children's graduation. Jennifer M. and Tim at the Westin were in constant contact with me, checking to make sure that we were safe...

Good sized room with views over the river, with the best beds in hotel land. Friendly helpful staff. Located centrally for shopping restaurants and sight seeing. Although we did not have a car on this trip we were aware that parking is a bit of an issue with charges. Food was good.

We have all enjoyed our relaxing stay at The Westin Copley Place. Room clean and welcoming. Beds ensure a restful nights sleep. Dining in the hotel very pleasant after a full day sightseeing. Staff helpful and informative. Our trip to Boston was just what we had looked forward to.

Recently stayed here for nursing conference for operating room nurses. I was a little frustrated that I did not get the room with a double bed as I requested upon reservation. We arrived at 11:30 pm and all double bed rooms had been given to previous arrivals. I don't agree with this process but we were upgraded to a room...

I am starting to love the consistency of the quality of the Westins I have been staying at lately; this Westin was no exception. Very nice room, (although the bathroom was a bit smaller than usual, but I won't nit pic, it more than served its purpose). clean, nicely furnished, warm feel to it. I really can't fault this room...

Westion was top notch and the service was outstanding. The people were very professional and courteous serving our clients. Satch was outstanding during the reception and his professionalism was evident throughout the two to three receptions he worked.

We stayed here for my 50th birthday, and had a fantastic stay. Room had an amazing view of the river. The hotel went to a great deal of trouble to accommodate a request for a gluten free chocolate birthday cake, which was so light and absolutely delicious. The hotel is in a great location, and I would highly recommend it....

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
