Stayed at the Westin Copley Place for a three day visit to Boston. Must say we had a great stay. We arrived early after a long drive but the room we reserved was not yet ready. Patrick at the front desk quickly found and placed us in another very nice room and followed up with us to be sure we... More

My partner and I have stayed at this hotel several times on business and for leisure. It captures the full allure of the Westin Brand. We always had great rooms with a view and excellent service. Highly recommended

I have stayed here in the past and I'm happy to see that the great service, and great staff are still PHENOMENAL in this Westin property! I'm not going to go into details as everyone else has pretty much described how nice, centrally located and convenient this property is! Rooms are clean, well appointed, with amazing heavenly beds that Westin... More

A beautiful hotel in a central location near to all. It was a very welcoming experience. Patrick at the front desk did an incredible job from my first call ahead to the end of my stay supporting me with health related special requests. Sometimes it is uncomfortable to have special requests and he expressed a genuine kindness and willingness to... More

I am a Starwood Lifetime Gold member and this was the single best "upgrade" experience I have had in decades of travel with The Westin. I had originally booked a series of rooms (we were a group of six adults) and Helen Cho reached out and moved us to one massive suite so we could all feel together for this... More

I booked this hotel because of the location. Its right in the middle of some great shopping areas and its easy to get around from here. I used UBER and there was never more than a 2 min wait for a car. When I arrived there was literally no one to help with bags out of the car, in fact... More

Repeated our stay once again at the Westin Copley, Boston. The service, the restaurant/bar, and the friendly staff made for an optimal trip. Brian T and many others that I did not get their names, went over and beyond the call of duty!! Would definitely stay at Westin Copley Plaza again👍

I stayed at the Westin Copley Place in early November 2016 for a business trip. Before arriving, the property management reached out to personally welcome and ask if they could do anything to make the stay more pleasurable (I'm SPG Gold, but this only sporadically happens when I travel.) The hotel was great overall, with superb customer service, modern rooms,... More

Typical very nice room with that comfortable bed, quiet, and plenty of hot water. Service was excellent. Location was pretty good with two subway lines close by and not far from downtown. I also liked the higher end shopping you can walk to.

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
