Stayed here for the IFEBP convention. Check-in was a breeze but when I went up to my room, it was not cleaned up and so I went back downstairs and got a new room. The new room was nice and clean and came with a free bottle of water. The room was average size but my co-worker's room were smaller...

Hotel was good. Typical Sheraton. Had a view of Charles River. Next to Prudential Center which had a branch of Legal Seafood which we enjoyed thoroughly. If a tourist and taking the T, you can only buy Charlie Tickets when the boots are unmanned and these cost extra. Worse, they only sell the stored value tickets in $5 multiples. A...

We had a quick visit to Boston to visit colleges. The hotel was around the corner from the new airport $5 shuttle service where we were dropped off. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and kind. They let us check in early and check out late. There were tons of facilities offered but we didn't have time to partake but...

Two of my friends and I recently stayed at the Sheraton Boston last weekend to celebrate all three of our birthdays. We were checked in by Zahira, who went above and beyond to give us an extraordinary experience by upgrading our room and having a bouquet of mylar balloons and chocolates delivered to us! Completely unexpected and highly appreciated! In...

I recently took a trip to Boston for a conference. Having been several times before, I'm familiar with hotels downtown. However, the Sheraton is my favorite after this visit. The staff (*especially* Steven G.) are unbelievably helpful, courteous, kind and accomodating. They cared about my room choice and make sure that I had everything I needed. Everything was spotless and...

My fiancé & I stayed at the Sheraton for a last minute date night in the city. From booking to check out our experience was wonderful. The staff was profession and accommodating. Front desk manager Ryan was extremely helpful. Our room was beautiful located on the 25th floor overlooking the Charles river. I would recommend the Sheraton to all of...

Very nice hotel centrally located. It connects to the Convention Center, Prudential Center with shopping, and across from the Copley Center. Boston Commons is a short walk from hotel and you can get on the Freedom Trail from there.

We stayed at the Sheraton Boston Hotel for 5 days for our anniversary. The hotel is huge and in a great location. It has two very large towers, one which is adjacent to the mall. We stayed in what was told to us was the remodeled tower. Although the room seemed clean, I was not impressed with the small size...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
