The upper floors are accessed by a fairly narrow stairway. Book a room on the first floor if you are challenged by climbing stairs. Parking is also a premium. We were lucky and were able to get a space behind the hotel. There are only...More

This was located in the quiet neighborhood of Back Bay. It is one block off the restaurants and shopping so quiet yet convenient. The "T" was nearby so getting around Boston was a breeze. No need to rent a car! Although the rooms are small....More

The hotel is clean and neat. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast is adequate. My only suggestion is to perhaps add one or more breakfast tables (at least temporally). There is only one table, so...More

The hospitality and breakfast were well done, but the room, lacking even a simple painting on the wall was closet sized. Perhaps this is the norm for Boston, but certainly for nowhere else I have traveled for the price.More

Thank you for your review Jonathan. We're sorry you weren't happy with your stay or the room size. We do, indeed, have 3 small rooms which are actually one of our most popular room types because the price is $ hundreds lower than the average...More

I really liked Oasis Guest House. I chose the smallest room, but it was all I needed. I recommend this nice place with a large breakfast assortment- no brewed decaf though- and the location is simply wonderful. All in all, clean, comfortable, friendly place. Many...More

Yes, most rooms have a queen bed with a private bathroom. A few have two twin beds with a private bathroom. We also have some rooms with a full size bed or a twin bed that share a bathroom in the hallway.
