We enjoyed a weekend away at the Four Seasons in March! The hotel is seemingly undergoing renovations, yet it was not obvious during our stay. The staff were all very helpful & courteous! The hotel is well situated as well. Our suite was spacious, although I found the mattresses to be too soft, thus preventing a good night's sleep!

We recently had a work event here, and I had the opportunity to stay the night prior to the event. I've stayed in boutique and even somewhat luxury hotels during travels before, but this was a different level of service & accommodation. I had a lovely room in the newly renovated section: it was one of the less luxurious rooms...

We spent six nights in Boston at the Four Seasons and cannot imagine staying anywhere else! The newly renovated rooms are stunning and have so many places to charge every electronic device we have. The staff greeted us by name everywhere we were: front desk whenever we walked into the hotel, restaurant staff at breakfast, cleaning staff who did evening...

Loved the property. Service outstanding, as usual for FS. Great location across from Boston Commons. Next to great shopping ( i.e. la perla, Hermes) Left a personal item behind that the staff was eager to overnight for me, complimentary. That type of small service is the reason why I return to FS hotels whenever I possibly can.

My Family and i enjoyed an amazing stay-cation (we live outside of Boston) at the Four Seasons this past weekend. At this stage in our lives, we're not able to leave our young kids at home -- but the experience they had in our room was quite memorable and made it feel like we were on vacation. Upon entering our...

Stayed here for 5 nights. The newly renovated rooms are excellent. Big 65" TV. The reception to concierge were very helpful and polite. The swimming pool has a great view. Would give the hotel a 5 star.

I stayed here for business. When I travel for business I care about the bed, the bathroom supplies, and the fitness center. All three were outstanding. I also had dinner at the restaurant, which was delicious. The fitness center was one of the best hotel fitness centers I've been to that's not also open to outside members; it was spacious...

First-timer in Boston, so I was very unfamiliar with the city and where best to stay. I booked this hotel from reading some online reviews, and have to say that I was very impressed! I will be staying here again, as my travels to Boston are going to become more frequent.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
