It was my understanding that this hotel (and all Boston hotels) have a very strict non-smoking policy. This hotel listed on their door that they are very strict about this issue. However, my entire floor smelled horrible of cigarette smoke and later in the night marijuana as well. It ruined my stay and led me to feel ill. They should...

I came to Boston from New York to visit family and while here a family emergency arose. I booked a room at chandler inn while still uncertain of my plans. The staff here have been so accommodating, so gracious, this little hotel has been a sanctuary for me. As our family's needs changed, the staff at chandler inn helped us...

Chandler Inn is located in a convenient area within a few blocks of walk from subway station. The room is very basic and small (enough room for 2 max) but clean. There is only a cloth rack, no closet, no in-room safe, no refrigerator nor microwave. They do provide free wifi and there is a restaurant on the ground floor....

I had planned a business trip to Boston in March of this year (2017) and booked the Chandler Inn via Hotels.com. The location was ideal relative to my meetings and the price was very reasonable. I was all set for my trip! But weather had other plans ... Winter storm Stella grounded my flight out of Des Moines the first...

My boyfriend and I have always wanted to take a little excursion to Boston, and this week we finally made it happen. With both of us on a budget, the Chandler Inn offered a great price for 2 nights and we couldn't have been happier with the friendliness of the staff, and the hotel altogether. One of our major concerns...

Really loved this hotel. The rooms are a clean but on the small size, the staff is ridiculously friendly. The bar attached to the hotel has a great vibe and atmosphere. The hotel is in a fantastic location to explore Boston. I would absolutely stay here again.

The Chandler Inn was good value for its placement within Boston and we very much enjoyed our stay. It's probably about a 10-15 minute walk from Boston common and a shorter walk to the theatre district and China town. Everything is in walking distance basically! There was a 7 eleven and a CVS near by which was handy and a...

Stayed one night after coming into Boston for a Celtics game. We had nice clean room, it was reasonably priced, although small. All of the staff was extremely helpful and the attached bar/restaurant is quite cute!

We stayed at the Chandler Inn for an overnight when we were going to a show in Downtown Boston. This place is in a great location with so many places that are an easy walk. The hotel itself is well appointed. And Mike Aguiar who was at the desk when we checked helped us feel right at home. He provided...
