Awful...dirt hotel, really dirty rooms, extra dirty bathrooms, windows that do not open, uncaring staff, no control over thermostat, boiling hot rooms and expensive for a dump!!!! A few co-workers and I unfortunately stayed in this hotel. It was easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life!!! It was 85 degrees in Boston and the whole hotel... More

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 28 April 2016

Prime example of what makes a great hotel stay: comfy beds, hot & cold breakfast of good variety, ample parking, quiet neighborhood AND amazing customer service! My family included myself, my 28 yr old niece & her 2-yr-old-twin handicapped daughters (my great nieces), one of which spent 5 days @ Boston Children's Hospital undergoing 3 surgeries. Initially, all of us... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in Nov 2016. Can not fault the room, was clean and comfy and had all the basics, including fridge, coffee machine (with coffee, tea, etc) microwave, tv, ironing facilities. The room was cleaned during our stay and were provided with fresh towels, soaps and complimentary shower gels. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of... More

All you really need to know is that it was 81degrees in the room at 1:00 AM in the morning. When we arrived in the late afternoon it was 75 degrees in the room. We called and the front desk sent up the maintenance man. He said he would check the chiller. The next morning I spoke to the desk... More

Worst hotel experience ever. No air conditioning in the room and staff not only refused to turn it on, but responded rudely to the request by hanging up. Moreover, the continental breakfast that is part of the reservation was lacking, unkempt and the service was slow. Overall service was inept and disrespectful. If you stay here, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Our room is 80 degrees...at midnight. Its October and not even that hot outside. Staff is totally unhelpful and unapologetic. for over 200 bucks a night this is awful. No AC really? Beds are comfortable, good breakfast. Room smells like old cigarettes. Would not stay here again or recommend it. Super bummed.

Not many decent places in Boston are this affordable. The motel is nothing fancy but it's clean & comfortable. Staff are helpful & friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Location is great (next to green line train, midway between BU and BC colleges, a short train ride from downtown). Parking is limited and costs extra.

I have stayed here twice in the last year and recently wanted to book again but I had a problem with pricing that Garrett handled and made my reservation process easy. Actually any time that I have had even the smallest issue at this hotel it has always been resolved by someone. They have a great staff . The hotel... More

Hotel Boston fitted the bill for being reasonably priced, for having a clean and comfy bed, and facilities for making teas and coffees plus a basic breakfast. I have wanted to visit Boston for a...
