Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was great: clean and comfortable; hot water and plenty of towels. Food was disappointing, however. For the caliber of hotel and the associated costs, I expect a lot better.

The hotel is huge, the room are comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly. A special thumbs up to the concierge team they helped us book baseball tickets and one of my colleagu didn't make it they went above and beyond to mamage to sell the ticket so she doesn't loose all her money. Very friendly staff. Good price for value. Nice pool and gym area. Very good for conferences. Unfortunately a bit far away from a bigger public transportation stop. Airport transportation around the corner.

The Westin is a comfortable hotel chain with comfy beds and healthy food options. I recommend them for their many amenities and gluten-free friendliness. The business center was robust and could accommodate many needs. If you're attending a conference in central Boston, the Westin Waterfront is the perfect location.

I recently stayed at the Westin Boston Waterfront for a conference. The hotel was OK. Certainly nothing special or notable. I found the bed and pillows comfortable but some may find them too soft. I have stayed at nicer Westin hotels for lower prices but Boston hotels all seemed expensive when I was looking. One thing that seemed odd -...

Thank you for taking the time to share a review of your stay. I’m happy to hear that you found your Westin Heavenly Bed to be comfortable and that you took advantage of the conveniently located Starbucks in the lobby. While we don’t provide guests with an express checkout form, guests are welcome to drop their room keys in the...

My husband was hosting a conference at this hotel and I joined him for the formal seated dinner the last night. He left a key for me at the front desk, which was no problem for me to get once I showed them my I.D. The room was a connected two room suite, with the second room having a murphy...

I stayed at the Westin Boston Waterfront for my company's annual sales meeting in January. Overall, I had a good, carefree stay there. The hotel is easy enough to reach from the airport by cab. I didn't even try to use public transport after my previous lacklustre experience with what Americans make of that concept. It is quite a bit...

We were kept awake last night by 2 dogs that barked for hours. Multiple calls to reception were fruitless because the hotel has a policy of being pet friendly. That is fine, but the courtesy should not be extended to disruptive pets. The dogs were allowed to stay in the room, even for future nights. Our only recourse was to...

I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience and can appreciate your frustration after being kept awake rather than enjoying a restful night’s sleep. I understand that you’ve already had an opportunity to speak with our Assistant Director of Front Office about your experience, but invite you to reach out to our Hotel Manager, Frank Guzzi, if you would...

Upon check-in, we were given a room that reeked of chemicals. Clearly this wasn't acceptable, so we returned to the front desk where the hotel manager on duty at the time (Lily) arranged for a cleaner to thoroughly remove all chemical smells from a second room. We were told that flight attendants from Europe frequently stay at this hotel, and...

2 friends and I stayed at the Westin for a conference. We happened to have a range of issues that needed front desk assistance during our brief stay. Each time Isaac came to the rescue; eager to help as if we were friends. His assistance was in stark contrast to another agent there who showed a complete lack of interest...

Neighbourhood Profile
Seaport District / South Boston Waterfront
This area has been expanding and becoming more and more popular, for good reason. Not surprisingly, the seaport district of South Boston is located beautifully along the water. The area is designed for easy strolling along the HarborWalk, and there are bars and restaurants for all ages and budgets. The Institute of Contemporary Art is located in this area in a contemporary building with an absolutely stunning deck overlooking the water. In the summer time there are Friday music concerts on the deck of the museum. Nearby, there are many green spaces to enjoy.
