The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very courteous and accommodating. Great first impression. Room was clean, clever and comfy bed. Not huge but understandable based on location. And that is the best aspect - very convenient walk to the TD Garden which is why we chosen this hotel. I will say the nightly rate was higher than I expected, but I didn't want to take a star away for that. Seems to be inline with others in the area.

Our stay was lovely at the Boxer. Jamie, Noah, and Bernard always greeted us kindly, and accommodated any special requests efficiently. The room was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Will definitely be back as we fell in love with Boston!

Booked the Boxer for 2 nights to see a concert at TD gardens. The staff was super friendly, gave us a lot of great recommendations and were quick to help us with anything we needed, especially Noah, Bernard and Jaimie! The bar staff and other staff members were also super friendly! We ended up extending our stay for one more night so we can explore more of Boston. Only thing I can say I disliked about the hotel was that it was kind of complicated to check in/check out because we had to pull up our car at the front entrance for our luggage, and if there was someone already there we either had to wait or park around the block for our luggage, because there’s no parking at the hotel. There’s discounted parking at a nearby parking garage down the street so your car would be safe for the entirety of your stay though. Hospitality 5/5 stars

When you travel 100+ nights a year for business, often times the faces we see become very familiar, and often very comforting. After making an unplanned trip to Boston, I used Hotel Tonight to book a room at the Boxer. A very cool, boutique hotel near TD Garden/North Station, with a friendly staff, extra comfy beds, and an on-site Bistro that serves great food, including breakfast. Walking into the hotel the 1st time wearing a bathing suit because my luggage was lost, I encountered Danielle McInnis at the front desk. Beyond her incredible smile, which never seems to go away, she epitomizes what great hospitality is. She put me in a fantastic room, got me something to eat despite the kitchen being closed, provided a few waters, and asked if she could help with contacting the airline about my luggage. The entire entire experience was so genuine, the Boxer has become my Boston base whenever I’m in town. Nothing beats seeing seeing Danielle and hearing her greeting after a day of travel. There are some other great team members I’ve been fortunate to interact with, including Jamie, Noah and the regional boss Kathleen (whose spirit the team seems to emulate).

We really enjoyed our stay at the Boxer October 2022. Very safe procedures during the pandemic. Our room was clean and hotel staff was prompt with any requests. A special shout-out to Bob in the bag who stayed late to pour us a drink after an unexpectedly long travel day. Gym was okay— some weights, a treadmill, and a peloton bike (only good if you have an account, I believe). Location was good, especially if you’re doing anything at the Garden. Easy walking distance to North End and to Boston Common. Overall, pleased with our experience!
