I think the most important thing to note is this is a very clean new hotel. It has its bumps, like all do. This one only has one elevator so you cannot always run to your room quickly. Breakfast is a Starbucks and rather expensive but at least close at hand.

Service was excellent from the front deck to the maids. Location is fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable. There was even a good, functional gym for a cold winter Boston day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone (also reasonably priced)

My husband and I had a great mini getaway here. Nina at the front desk was beyond accommodating. She texted us before we arrived and let us know we could have an early check in which was great. We went down to the "hoppy hour" for some craft beer and to watch some football which as perfect as well. Great...

We stayed for 2 nights for a friends 60th birthday party. Our room was good sized with a large window overlooking the street on the 3rd floor. It was quiet at night even though we were on the street side. The bed was comfortable and the large TV was great for watching the playoffs. The only complaint was the temperature...

From start-to-finish, poor service, unnecessary maintenance issues...you name it. Average rating bc the hotel is decent and in a decent location. Checked into a room already occupied, the majority of the channels on the TV were fuzzy and/or analog with lines through them, HVAC was stuck ON so the room heated up to 76 overnight, 3 calls to front desk...

Visited Boston to see our daughter who lives near Fenway Park. We chose the Courtyard Marriott based on location and previous experiences there. Everything worked out great regarding our family visit. The Courtyard Copley location allowed for convenient shopping on Boylston, Newberry Streets and the Copley Mall. My wife and I enjoy walking and found that our walk from the...

From the moment I stepped foot into this hotel, the service was outstanding. Nina who works at the front desk was one of the most competent, consumer-friendly, and customer service-oriented hotel employees I have ever encountered (& I travel a lot)! Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a note from the hotel manager within 48 hours of my sharing...

We don't have one complaint! We got to check in early, we lucked out and found street parking (free on Sundays!) and only encountered friendly staff. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet our whole stay. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to many points of interest.

Had another terrific stay at Courtyard By Marriott in Copley Square. No let down in service as Bernardo, Justin, Laura, Jason and the team did a great job. Rooms clean and up to date, location superb and even got some new dining and sightseeing locations (Museum of Fine Arts) from the staff. In the best part of Boston you couldn't...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
