Due to the recent storm our flight was delayed a day, but the hotel was very understanding and us a refund for the one night. The other 3 night stayed were marvellous. Really ideal location, not quite in the thick of the centre but only 10min walk away from it. Staff were very friendly and helpful, making useful suggestions and...

Our family of four had a wonderful four night stay at The Onyx. I had to add a night at the beginning of our stay due to the upcoming snow storm, which was no problem from my phone at the airport. All staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. This was my second time visiting Onyx...

We spent a night at the Kimpton Onyx Hotel and had a great stay. The hotel is clean and modern. The King room was a little small (but most rooms in Boston are), but very comfortable and had everything you would want for a short stay. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating (we were able to check in early)....

If you have business to conduct at the federal buiding on Causeway Street, this is the place to stay. I have been in town for work there are three occasions in the past few months, and I've stayed here, at the Boxer and the Holiday Inn Express. Each is an easy walk to the federal building, which is very valuable...

When we first arrived the valet did not offer to help us with our bags. Yes--it's near the TD Garden, but the hotel...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 6 year anniversary. The location is perfect, many local bars around. The area is close to the Garden and Faneuil Hall. The only downside was valet is expensive and in the morning it took a while to get the car. I would stay again.

Stayed here for a Bruins game. Super close - we walked to the game. Hotel room was clean and ample size. Best of all it was quiet. We will stay here again for any events on this end of town. Pet Friendly too!

Loved, love this hotel! A group of us were visiting friends in the North End so perfect location close to North Station, Quincy Market, Charlestown and a 25 minute walk to Newbury Street. The staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Rooms were on the small side but very clean (beds comfortable) price was less than any comparable hotel in...
