We loved staying here. We live in Boston and we were looking to get away for one night away from our roommates. This hotel was awesome. The room had a great view and it was all around super comfortable to be in. The staff was super helpful and really nice. We will definitely be going back when we need another...

We were very happy at the Nine Zero. It's in a wonderful location across from an historic cemetery. We had a beautiful light snow one morning and I watched it fall on the grave of Samuel Adams. Our room was nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. None of this matters much, however, without good customer service and that is where...

Hi ILoveTexas, Yes, it’s pretty cool to have the Granary Burying Ground right across the street from the hotel. I was pleased to note you enjoyed the décor of the hotel, but most importantly received amazing service from our staff. And you can’t go wrong making new friends during our evening wine reception. I know YouLoveBoston, so come on back,...

Stayed here for 2 nights and wasn't enough! ALL the staff was above and beyond the definition of luxury customer service. Our pup was treated the same way. If you are visiting Boston, this is where you have to stay. The location is perfect; great bars, food venues, and shopping as soon as you step out.

Just spent 3 nights at the Nine Zero Hotel. Our stay was excellent. Every evening they host a cocktail in the lobby, so free wine and drinks for guests! Our room was pretty small but very nice and comfy. Great location - walking distance from almost everything. Free wi-fii if you become a Kimpton member. Service was super friendly too,...

I have stayed at several Kimpton hotels, and this one is typical-- Friendly, competent, and down to earth service, clean, efficient, and a nice vibe. As others have noted, the location is excellent. One thing that is exceptional about Kimpton is their mini bars-- reasonably priced, unusually good and thoughtful selection of items, and if you're a Kimpton In Touch...

Hi MaineGuy65, I’m glad you think we are doing things right; from our accommodating staff to the cleanliness of our rooms. Who doesn’t like $10 worth of items on the house from the mini-bar! I’m sorry about the issue with our shower, but I’m glad you feel we responded promptly to your feedback. We hope to see you again soon,...

Service at this hotel was top notch and it was the perfect location. I went on a business trip and we brought our Boston Terrier. This hotel is especially great if traveling with pets. It was within walking distance to the park and a lot of great restaurants.

We decided to spend a night in Boston and wanted to find a spot that was pet-friendly and also offered in-house spa services. Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
