With COVID, we aren't able to travel as much so we found this brand new hotel in Seaport district to fulfill our travel desires. We've visited a couple of times and both experiences were magical! We chose not to park at the hotel and found on street parking. We only had to feed the meter on Saturday since Sunday is free all day. Check-in was a breeze. The front desk person gave us all the information on the lounge, bar, restaurant, and breakfast. Our room was on the 11th floor and had a King size bed and Harbor view. Everything was CLEAN and spotless. The views were incredible. We loved staying in bed looking out the window. The lounge on the 12th floor is also incredible and spacious. You can order drinks from the bar and bring it upstairs (no outside drinks allowed). Every morning, we would grab breakfast from downstairs and enjoy it in the lounge looking over the Boston harbor. With COVID, the breakfast options were limited. There's always continental breakfast (cereal, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee etc) and at least ONE hot dish. We had bacon, egg and cheese on bagels as well as sausage egg adn cheese on biscuit. Both were yummy! We used the spacious gym while we were there. I LOVE that they had a Peloton! There are fresh towels and water for refreshment. The view is a partial ocean view and a courtyard view. There are also bathrooms near and in the gym in case you checked out but still want to use it. My husband utilized the weights and Peloton and I used the new treadmill. We had a night cap at the lobby bar every night. Paul is a friendly bartender and makes good drinks. The outdoor firepit can get a bit windy since they are by the ocean (not the hotel's fault) but the ambiance of the lobby is trendy. The assistant manager Kevin is super helpful and friendly giving us recommendations and always accommodating and asking how we were doing. He recognized us on our return visit and always cheerful. He made the stay much more delightful! The location could not be more spot on! During our trip, we walked to Harpoon and Yankee Lobster (steps away) walked to dinner at Empire and Scorpion Bar and Tuscan and also snacked at all the other eateries on the street. Great getaway! Everything was clean and beautiful! The hotel bar was great and everyone was wearing masks/adhering to covid regulations! Loved being able to check in and out on my phone and anything else!

Above and beyond my expectations manager was readily available and made a point to greet everyone in a safe manner would recommend to anyone on vacation or business A++++++ room was clean and comfortable attention to detail was incredible

Scheduled a small business meeting at this new Seaport location. The staff were great to work with and made our group feel special. Our meeting room overlooked the seaport which was very conducive to an excellent working collaboration. The hotel is in a great location with many nice restaurants close by. I would like to visit in the summer when there is access to the outdoor space at the hotel. Shout out to Mary Lynn for making our meeting a success!
