We stayed here on a reward stay one night before we flew out of Logan early the next morning. It is very convenient for the airport, and there is free parking at the hotel. If you need it, there is also a hotel shuttle to the airport for a $5 charge. The staff at the front desk was friendly and...

Hotel was hard to find, GPS would be helpful. The Front desk staff were very friendly & accommodating. We took advantage of the shuttle service to the subway (great service). We parked our car when we arrived & didn't drive it again until we left. Breakfast was OK but we had to be there early, ran out of some selections....

We had an excellent four night stay. Breakfasts were delicious and substantial - and free! People from all over the world were staying there. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our only concern- the area surrounding the hotel - as we did view a few "shady characters". But, the hotel shuttle always promptly picked us up and we were...

My husband, 19 year old and 15 year old daughters and I stayed at the hotel while on a recent vacation to Boston. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The outdoor courtyard area of the hotel was a nice place to eat breakfast or relax at the end of a day of sightseeing. Our room was just...

Had a pleasant experience at this Holiday Inn Express. We arrived rather early (10:20am) knowing that check-in was at 3pm. The two front desk ladies greeted us with a smile and were very polite and attentive. They offered to hold our luggage while we went out to see the Boston sites. Our room was clean, had flat screen TV with...

We had a very nice stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were small, but I have found is in many hotels that are in the middle of the city. The staff at the hotel were awesome. They were extremely helpful throughout our stay and one of them even helped while she was...

I've been in better hotels in many cities. This property is located behind a mall. It is difficult to reach if you take the wrong turn off of 93, like I did. Driving around the sketchy neighborhoods is a chore due to the 1-way streets but if you can get to the mall you can get to the hotel. The...

Dear Bookflyer, Thank you for being a Platinum Priority Club member and for leaving us a feedback. I am pleased you liked our hotel's convenient location to Logan International Airport as well as to the nearby shopping and dining areas. I am sorry your stay was negatively impacted by the bathroom maintenance issue and the refrigerator not working properly. The...

Wonderful hotel. 10 min drive to Boston Harbour, Quincy Market and all the main tourist attactions that Boston has to offer. The staff are wonderful. Very clean hotel with fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. The only negative is there is no pool so if you are traveling with kids and you want to unwind by the pool, unfortunately there...

From this hotel it is about a $10.00 cab ride to center of Boston. You can take a subway into town and there is a hotel bus to pick you up or leave you off at airport or subway station. BUT IT WILL NOT GO TO TRAIN STATION JUST ABOUT 1/2 mile away. sad to say. It is a standard...

Fantastic place to stay in Boston. The service, room and breakfast were all outstanding. A short walk to the Andrew train station for a 10 minute ride into central Boston. Stayed here 2 nights - one of the nicer places I stayed in my 3 months in the USA. Would stay here again in a flash.
