We stayed here during the Boston marathon and it was a perfect location for us -- walkable from the expo and finish line, and very close to the T. The apartment was on a quiet side street, and for us was more comfortable than being in a big hotel. Also the kitchenette was great for pre-race food prep (toaster, coffee...

Room had a large living area with sparse seating, shower in bathroom was a highlight. Bedroom was tight, right on the street, a little noisy, but common for Back Bay. Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and two burner stove make this a good option for parents that are visiting students. A nice change from the area hotels. Parking was available close...

My family and I stayed here whilst I was working for 5 days. The location of the studio is great. It was quiet, close to shops and near to most things you would need. However, it was a bit too small for 4 people. It is a small studio really. Very little wriggle room. The finish of the apartment was...

Staying in Boston is pricey, and that being said $135 is a pretty good deal here! But do yourself a favor and cough up an extra $50 and stay somewhere that cares a little about the condition of their rooms. Wood trim and plaster falling off the walls, exposed wires, and all around lack of care. Like I said, this...

A friend booked a budget studio for us and it was very disheartening for him when he saw what our room actually looked like. The pictures for the website showed the room as twice as big than what we actually got. His room was perfect but he kept apologizing to us because he booked a room that was falsely advertised...

This was a great room and very close to everything that we needed. The room was clean and the amenities were wonderful. The area was great to walk around and the stores were all close. The Prudential center was right down the road, so easy access to the T.

I stayed at one of the Copley House apartments in Boston for 2 nights in April 2017 for a business trip. This is my second stay here. On some other previous trips I've stayed at either the Sheraton or Hilton. The hotels were asking well over $300 a night. I had a standard studio for $220/nt. My first stay here...

I loved my experience there. Because I was having an awful time with my knee they even switched me very last minute to a first floor so I didn't have to use the stairs. I brought coffee and oatmeal and used the lovely little kitchen. A beautiful clean room. I would have liked to stay there and sit at the...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
