The Langham is an institution in Boston really, it is set in the most beautiful building right in the heart of the financial centre. From the moment you walk in the doors the atmosphere relaxes and enchants you. It's not in your face grandeur, it just lulls you into comfort and luxury at every corner. The rooms are extremely large...

This is an excellent property in a great location in the financial heart of Boston. The staff are phenomenal, Café Fleuri serves great food and the rooms are exceptional (clean, well appointed and large).

The hotel is about 1 mile from the buses, and 1.3 miles from the finish line. The hotel is very nice, and they opened the kitchen early on race day for breakfast for the runners. The hotel is old and beautifully renovated. The rooms are small, and the beds are very firm. The hot tub and pool were great post...

Staff wonderful and ready to help at any time. Many services you don't get anywhere else. I booked through Marathon Tours for the Boston Marathon and did get a reduced price. This is the second time I stayed here and would stay again.

I stayed at The Langham for 1 night during the 2017 Boston Marathon. The hotel is simply lovely. The STAFF are simply lovely! John at Concierge was extremely helpful and very sweet. Stephanie at check in was very accommodating and so friendly. Housekeeping, restaurant staff..... Just the best. They accommodated our request for an upper floor, far from the elevator....

Had a very nice stay while touring colleges in Boston - all staff helpful, friendly - just perfect! Spacious room, quiet on a high floor away from elevators. Hotel in great location, parked in garage off-site but close by. Were able to leave luggage for several hours, very close to T.

Lovely hotel in central location with luxurious finishing throughout and ample meeting rooms. A good location to host formal and casual business meetings, with a good selection of dinning and drink options.

I visited the Langham Hotel for a seminar. The food and service was AMAZING. The banquet staff was very nice and attentive. Everyone at the seminar spoke highly of the food and staff. My co-worker/friend was looking for a particular item to purchase where it was sold at the Langham Hotel spa. The front desk told her they will have...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
