Without a question the absolute worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express hotels throughout the US, Canada, Europe and Asia. They are not the best hotels ever but I have always found that you can rely on them for good quality, clean and relatively modern rooms and accommodation at a fair...

This hotel is in a great location and we walked everywhere. The staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was a standard IHG breakfast. Lots of great places nearby to eat. The room was great.

I'm a TripAdvisor employee who booked accommodation for 2 visiting employees here. I was appalled to see the conditions that this "hotel" would put paying customers in. One of the rooms had soaking wet carpets (?!) and the other had cigarette butts all on the floor of a non-smoking room. The sheets were visibly dirty, as were the bathtubs. If...

We had two new employees stay at this hotel while training in Boston. Costs were >800 per room/night. Both complained about awful smells, stained sheets, wet carpeting, insecure doors and overall disrepair. Staff could not care less about their experience or feedback. When we called to cancel their remaining dates of stay, specifically citing the poor condition of the hotel,...

I stayed on a business trip recently. The price was a bit high but I think that was due to supply/demand as the other higher end chains were a couple of hundred dollars a night more. It's an older building but renovated and fits in reasonably with the downtown neighborhood. It's right next to the basketball/hockey stadium if that's why...

We were in rm 314 for the purposes of family business. Rm 314 is defined as a King Suite which consists of a king bed along with a living room area and a pull out sofa that seemed new and my son thought was comfortable to sleep on along with a uncomfortable chair that seems oddly out of place (see...

This is a perfect location for anything in the North End or near the Garden. For me, I took the T into North Station and was a very short walk to the front door of the hotel. I stayed in this place before it was a Holiday Inn & was glad that it got a HI make over. That being...

This is a hotel in the North End. Walking easily to places you want to see. The room is large enough, king bed tv, desk, and dresser. Missing are wall safe, fridge, the bathtub is very slippery, needs mat or more surfacing, headboard has worn areas, coffee maker a plus. If you want tea it is available downstairs. The staff...

WOW! Great place for downtown Boston. Right across the street to the T Garden and the bay area. We stayed 1 night and hit 2 of the Boston Muesums and dinner at the Famous Oyster Bar YUM!!! The breakfast was very very good. The front desk people were fantastic. TIP: use lyft or uber to get around.

First, it is very close to Boston Garden...right across the street and the T (North Station) is two blocks away. Along with a very friendly staff, those are the positives. The hotel itself feels like you are drive down a dark alley to find it. Just has a grungy feel to it. The hotel is old and dated. They have...
