First, it is very close to Boston Garden...right across the street and the T (North Station) is two blocks away. Along with a very friendly staff, those are the positives. The hotel itself feels like you are drive down a dark alley to find it. Just has a grungy feel to it. The hotel is old and dated. They have...

Location is about all this hotel has going for it.....it's located directly across the TD Garden, host to Bruins games. There are a lot of good bars and restaurants within walking distance.....Rooms are small and no table and chairs........bathroom has no counter space........there is no sound proofing as I could hear a baby crying and a family walking about above...

This is the closest hotel to TD Garden (Bruins and Celtics games). Literally a 30 second walk. Also great for walking around Boston. The oldest buildings in North America are a 5 minute walk away, you can walk to the Red Sox in 50 mins, there is transit nearby, you can walk to the port, and overall the location is...

You've seen those ads. They claim that this is the place for the smart business travler? Don't be fooled. This is not a good place for a business traveler. My room did not have a work desk, which would seem to be the most elementary requirement for a business traveler. When I asked for another room with a desk, they...

This hotel is near Boston Garden. Rates on off nights (no Celtics or Bruins) are reasonable for Boston. One must recognize it is an urban Holiday Inn EXPRESS so it is kind of bare bones. Evening desk clerk very friendly and helpful. Morning desk clerk very rigid and generally unhappy in her job and strident although she does know her...

A great location in downtown Boston, A few steps to the TD Garden Arena and a 5 min walk to the historic sites of Boston. Surrounded by lots of pubs and restaurants and a metro station across the street. The staff was very friendly from check in to check out, the room was clean, great bed and the wireless system...

Location was perfect. 15 minute walk from the North End and the Garden is right next door. Kurt at the front desk made the start to our night perfect. After sitting in heavy Boston traffic for an hour, he was so kind, warm, and welcoming. VERY professional and went out of his way to make me feel like I was...

This hotel is perfectly located inside Boston for all you can do. One block from the metro station and one from TD Garden. Staff was very friendly both times I stopped in this hotel and rooms were clean and quiet, even on a game night. Will definitively recommend for anyone stopping a couple days in Boston. Only one con is...

Came into town for the Beanpot college hockey tournament and the location of the hotel was ideal. The tournament usually finishes late and this hotel is at a perfect location to the TD Garden. Close. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is older but it's decent. The bathroom isn't huge but it's fine. There was even a...

Hotel was surely nothing fancy, and our room was on the smaller side but was just fine for a overnight stay. I do think that updates do need to be made particularly on the carpets. It is in the perfect location to the td garden, walking distance to the north end and to multiple bars and restaurants.
