The room was a normal size, and was perfectly fine. The location was excellent (close to shopping, tour trolleys/duck, major sites, parks). And simply a lovely area to walk around. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. Wifi is free. I would stay here again, but only for a one night stay, and I know I'd be in a safe,...

Great location for this hotel, and generally very attentive and helpful staff. The rooms aren't the kind you're going to spend much time in, as they are generally quite dark and there are no views from the windows, but as a place to stay it's great for access to the T line and central Boston, and has tons of fabulous...

Reading some of the reviews of this hotel prior to my stay, I was a little concerned that the room was going to be tiny. I live near NYC, so i understand that city hotel rooms are usually a bit smaller, so I wasn't expecting much. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The room size was just fine! My friend and...

Wonderful boutique style hotel. Clean modern amenities. Amazingly friendly staff. Great location. Would return again without hesitation. Walk to T station and Fenway. Great dining blocks away. Walls a little thin, mattress slightly firmer than my taste any issues, very minor.

Daniel, Jorge, and the guy who moved from Hawaii were top notch. The location is prime. These gentlemen made our stay much better. There wasn't a coffee machine in the oversized closet (our room) and I didn't feel like having to go to the lobby to get some. There was a wine meet and greet, but wasn't enticing when traveling...

What a wonderful visit to Boston while staying at the Copley Square Hotel. The hotel was was close to Copley Square, Prudential Center, Newbury Street and Boston library. We started our visit at the hotel with the Wine down hour. Just what we needed after 6 hours of driving. Up to our very nice rooms to change and walk to...

I stayed in Boston at the Copley Square for the week of the Cubs-Red Sox series in July. My 1st experience was with Travis, the front desk rep who helped us "move in". Travis represented his hotel well with his great customer service and thoughtful efforts. The room, while small, was perfect for our family of 3 including our 6...

I recently stayed at the Copley Square Hotel and had a really great experience. It is very convenient to the Hynes Convention Center, while being a little bit away from the bustle (which I like). It's got a smaller, more intimate feel than the the Back Bay's larger chain hotels, and that feel is reinforced with the service-- warm, professional...

Point 1 - Location: The hotel is extremely well located. You walk 2 or 3 minutes on foot and you are at Copley Place where you can take The Logan Bus which runs every 20 minutes and one reaches the airport in about 10/15 minutes. Also about 2 or 3 minutes on foot from the hotel is Prudential Tower which...

Located in backbay area in the middle of downtown Boston. Getting around is easy, be it walking around backbay or taking a T around Boston. Copley station is just behind the hotel less than 5 mins walk. Getting to Fenway was easy only 2 T stations from Copley station to Kenmore. Room is small but managable but their beds and...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
