A great place to stay in a great part of town! Conveniently located very close to Back Bay Station and near many great food and drink options. Staff was cordial and very accommodating. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 3 April 2017

My sister and I selected this hotel because it was very close to Back Bay attractions but was also walkable to attractions in other areas. It was an excellent choice for what we wanted to do on this trip. Clean rooms with attentive staff. The hotel decor and layout reminds me mostly of a boutique hotel, not an impersonal conference...

I had a staycation here the week before the internationally known Boston Marathon. I liked the location, the staff, and the nightly wine tastings they have for guests. The hotel was quiet and the cleanliness was about a 3.5 out of 5 so I was okay with that. It's definitely got a boutique-y vibe to it. The one downside that...

I'm in the midst of my stay at the Copley. The staff, particularly Annalise, have been friendly and quite helpful. However, it is very chilly outside (mid-50s) and my room is consistently cold. Even though the thermostat reads 72, the blower is blowing cool, NOT WARM, air. The electrician came up last night and said he'd have to adjust the...

This was a last minute reservation and we got upgraded to a king suite on arrival: sweet! The room was spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed. In fact I slept so soundly that I missed breakfast in the restaurant! But luckily they have tea and coffee in the lobby. :). Loved its location across the street from the Prudential...

Great location BUT be aware - the hotel includes a night club and it is LOUD. If you want a good night's sleep ask for the third floor or higher. My father-in-law had to be moved from the second floor and we could hear the thumping bass from the third floor but it was manageable since it was closed the...

Tremendous location and friendly staff. Rooms are smaller than some, but well-kept. The wine hour (5-6) is a plus. So many attractions nearby, including two of our fav restaurants, Luke's Lobster and Joe's.

I very nice hotel in the heart of Copley square, conveniently located to shopping, the subway and many fine places to eat and drink. Lovely old hotel with modern features. Wine and cheese get together in the evenings, nice bar. Staff very friendly and more than helpful.

Room was very small with Tv and bed only. No mini bar, coffee maker, microwave. nada. Bath room was standard. For the price this was not a special or luxury experience. Highly reccomend the lenox instead.

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
