Great service. Clean rooms, knowledgeable staff. From the bar service staff who let us order food after the kitchen had closed, to Franco at the concierge desk. It was a great visit. Thanks. I'll be back again soon. Great location too. Thanks

Great deal via Expedia. Only booked two days in advance. Stayed 2 nights. Lovely hotel well located for the sights. Would stay again. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good if a little expensive but on par with standard of hotel. Clean, well appointed rooms.

Stayed here for a convention in June. Loved the location! The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet, as we requested a room away from an elevator. This brings to mind a problem: the elevators. We were told they were being serviced that week, but there were over a thousand from the convention staying there. Needless to... More

Had a great 2 night stay to catch the Yankees play the Red sox at Fenway. room was super clean. getting breakfast at the hotel was easy and good. The only thing I did not like was the price I paid. Other hotels were not near the the boston subway and were more expensive.

Pros : 1. Location - close to everything 2. Comfortable room 3. What you would expect from a full service Marriott Cons: 1. Needs to be updated, does not compare favorably with the hotels in the area 2. The hotel restaurants are levels lower those at neighboring hotels 3. Noisier than expected

Thank you for taking the time to fill out your survey about your recent visit. I would like to apologize for your less than satisfactory experience. Although it is never pleasant to hear we did not meet a guest expectation, this feedback does allow us to discover our shortcomings and make improvements. I would love to get some more feedback... Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of July. Had a room on the 20th floor and everything was good. One very small problem was that they only had one package of coffee for the in-room coffee maker restocked so called front desk and within 10mins, another coffee arrived from housekeeper. Great location, close to The Cheesecake Factory, which... More

I haven't stayed at this hotel for the better part of twenty years and the improvements were better than expected. The front desk has been moved from the back of the lobby to the front on the right hand side of the lobby. Champions Sports bar has moved from the first floor street level to the second floor just opposite... More

We stayed 4 nights in July at the Boston Marriott Copley. I have used this hotel in the past and returned after a few years have passed. I am glad I chose it once again for so many reasons. The location is everything. It is only a 2 min walk from the bus that brings you in from the airport... More

Great location, spacious rooms, comfy beds and very attentive and helpful staff. Our highlight was being greeted by Toni and his smile at the entrance to the hotel, always willing to call us a cab and offer us dining recommendations with plenty of warm humour. Busy hotel but very quiet in the rooms. Jacuzzi acces was great at the end... More

The hotel itself is comfortable and typical by Marriott standards. I stayed on the Concierge level and it wasn't too special. The lounge is closed on the weekend so it was irrelevant to me. The problem I have is the parking and service. This valet situation may be the worst I've ever seen. When we pulled in around 7pm there... More

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
