The cabin was charming and welcoming. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The kitchen looked like it was from the fifties. The location was very convenient, only a few minutes into town. The property is wedged between a main road and the freeway, and there aren't any walking options. Noise level was not an issue, though. The shower in the...

Super charming! We called and spoke with Chante to book a cottage at the last minute after a horrible experience at another hotel. She was able to get us into a cottage straight away. 1st of all, these are cat people. I was not only greeted by Chante, a very nice young lady, but also by Hugo... a HUGE white...

We're so glad you enjoyed your cottage and our mascot kitties. We have talked about installing ceiling fans, but the cottages have low ceilings (compared to today's buildings) and our taller guests would run the risk of getting hit in the head. The safety of our guests is our #1 concern. We hope you'll come back and see us again!

Had great experiences communicating with staff by phone and email - very cordial, thoughtful, and considerate - prior to our arrival. Started out in Cabin 13 and moved to Cabin 7. This place exceeded our expectation. We loved staying in the cottage - It was the perfect get-away spot, not too far from the hustle of Asheville, but far enough...

The staff were very friendly and upbeat. The cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway for me and my fiancé. It was small in a quaint way. I hope to be able to make this a yearly vacation for us. There are two cats that live at the cottages, so don't be surprised if a white fuzz ball (Hugo) or...

My family and I spent New Year's Eve weekend at The Pines Cottages and we loved it!! It was one of the few places that allowed pets so we were able to bring our dog along. Cabin number 11 was spacious and cozy. We were delighted that it had a working fireplace and Pines supplied free wood. The people at...

We stayed here for 2 days and I was very impressed with the Pines Cottages. When we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly office worker who made sure that we knew the area and how to get places. She gave us a map and brochures to local attractions. When we got to our cottage, we were pleased to see...

It was hard to find at first because we kept missing the small sign at the entrance. But once we found it, we didn't have a problem. The cottage was so much fun. Hard to believe it was in such great condition. Very clean and inviting. Felt at home as soon as we got there. The fireplace added a great...

Didn't want a hotel this time so booked The Pines. Absolutely charming! Loved the rustic feel, the bedroom decor, especially the chandelier over the bed, the all white, log, wood and the fireplace. We didn't eat here but there is a full kitchen so really good for people that are going to cook. Grill right outside the door. Complementary coffee...

My husband and I stayed in cottage number 9 during our visit to Asheville. It was a cozy cottage that was perfect for a romantic getaway. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to answer questions and give us some advice & tips on restaurants and routes to take. The cottage was fresh and clean....

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay! Each one of our cottages and cabins are unique. Next time you're in Asheville, you may want to try cottages 4, 5 or 7. They have bigger bathrooms.

My daughter and I stayed in cottage 6 for 3 nights on a trip to Asheville. We love the cozy, vintage charm. It has a rustic feel, but the cottage was clean and comfortable. The little kitchen was super cute. There was a friendly kitty on the property which is a plus for cat lovers. I'd definitely return - I'd...
