Please don't automatically think negative after reading reviews online. Sometimes guests post negative reviews for a variety of reasons (i.e. busy/sold out weekends when they are paying a higher rate than usual, trying to dispute charges with credit card companies that were legitimate charges from the hotel, etc). Guests know how valuable online reviews are so sometimes they use it to make things harder for the hotel even though there wasn't really anything wrong with the stay. I am the Director of Sales here, and I promise I will do everything in my power to make your stay a pleasant one. If you have any further questions, please call me directly here at the hotel.
