This our second stay with Gary and Patti At Cumberland Falls and we could not think of staying anywhere else in Asheville. Every room is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the jetted tub and our view of the garden with butterflies and birdsong. Patti and Gary are the most gracious hosts. They have wonderful suggestions for outings and they never...

At Cumberland Falls is a beautifully restored historic property. Large comfortable rooms - we had the Garden Vista room and could sit watching the red cardinals in the trees. The breakfast was sumptuous, the best we had on our trip along the BRP. Gary and Patti were helpful and friendly hosts. The property is located in the historic Montford district...

What a wonderful weekend! This was our first visit to Asheville, and I'm so glad we decided to stay at Cumberland Falls B&B. We can't wait to go back!! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by one of the lovely staff members (Mindy), who was warm and welcoming. She gave us a tour of the house, amenities, and...

You guys were a joy to host and that you have my niece's name is no small thing girl. We could tell you all were having a grand time and we are both really happy to see that. Glad you liked the brownie Siobhan. No one would even know that bad boy is gluten free. Convenience to all that downtown...

We had a really great time here. This is a beautiful house with very nice rooms. The place was clean and the host was really friendly. His breakfasts are fantastic. When we come to Asheville again, we will be staying here. We were able to walk downtown in about 15 minutes. There is a great Jamaican restaurant about minutes away...

We are so happy you chose to stay with us and really glad you enjoyed the morning fare. We think it's a great way to start the morning. Everyone loves walking downtown from here and I can see by your description that you found our friends at Nine Mile. A neighborhood treasure. We hope to see you two again. Be...

My fiance and I needed a weekend away and we sure did pick the right place. All of the staff were extremely friendly and Gary and Patty sure know how to cook. The breakfasts were better than any restaurant we could've picked and the cookies and brownies were amazing!! It was close enough to enjoy a walk to downtown and...

Love the hosts. Comfortable bed! Loved the rooms. They made you feel at home and tried to direct you to what you wanted to do. They have been doing this for 18 years and really know the area. Wonderful homemade breakfasts. Homey feel. I actually kind of miss them! You walk in and there are lights that come on as...

I miss you woman! Even the rubber snake misses you. I have been in touch with the guest who recommended the rubber snake and bought the thing for us to combat the Blue Heron affair. He bought one for himself when he bought the one for Gary and I as he was experiencing the same issue with the Blue Heron...

My wife and I enjoyed an overnight at the Cumberland Falls B & B Inn. We were thoroughly pleased with our room; our introductory briefing about the inn was thorough; the breakfast was gourmet dinning at its best; and the host, Gerry and Hostess, Patti were the enjoyable to talk with. Although we rarely stay at a B & B...

We stayed in the Mystic Room. The accommodations were spacious. The room and the bathroom are very shabby chic and elegant. Housekeeping made sure that everyone was neat, clean, and tidy. We are always happy to help with a special occasion and one of our highest compliments is that you found our home both peaceful and serene. Anniversary time is special time and environments are important. When you mentioned liking fish, I knew you'd enjoy downtown's Lobster Trap. I loved the grounds and saw many new birds residing there (I like birding). Our hosts were most welcoming and we received a great induction from the young lady on duty when we arrived. Guys if you all enjoyed birding I can only imagine how happy you were here. It's an "inn joke" that we double as the National Audubon Society. Currently, in the crux of our umbrella on the back deck, a robin had built her nest and 3 hatchlings have just entered the world. It has been really fun to watch here....
