Excellent location to popular sights and good jumping off point to regional treasures! Comfortable historic cottage home! Dale & Christine are friendly responsive inn-keepers. Variety of accommodations. VERY pleased!
Great place for a relaxing get away with very cozy, peaceful and comfortable rooms!
Located just minutes from downtown Asheville.
Christine and Dale are most gracious hosts and very accommodating.

Thanks for your inquiry. I do not think it is an easy walk to the main/fun part of downtown. It is just a little too far - about 1.5 mile to the Orange Peel (music hall), 2 miles to downtown's Pack Monument (I consider this monument to be town center). I recommend driving and parking in one of the garages. All the garages are free first hour, $1.00 each hour thereafter (except for special events - $7-10 ea visit).
