My daughter and I had a wonderful weekend at Oakland Cottage B&B. We stayed in the Rose Room. Though small, it was quaint, clean, comfortable beds, and cozy. We slept so well. Tammy goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfasts were amazing. Very close to downtown. Would highly recommend... it was like staying...

Loved this artsy bed and breakfast in between downtown Asheville and Biltmore Village. The decor wasn't stuffy like some other bnb's...the whole place had a friendly, unpretentious vibe. We enjoyed our upstairs room with an adjoining sitting area, all furnished with antiques. Before arriving I was worried there might be noise from the nearby hospital or school, but we heard...

First time we stayed in a B&B! This place is amazing! We were in the Dogwood Suite with our own personal access. So comfortable, quiet and the food was delicious! This place is actually better than the website shows. You just have to see it!! We will definitely be back!!

Went for a 2 night stay. Noticed that they are pet friendly, and booked the Dogwood Suite in case we decided to bring our dog, which we did. The set up was perfect for our pooch. There was a small outside porch that we were able to close off with help from Tammy, the wonderful property manager. Our dog Maple...

Cudos to Mary and her staff. I love the Oakland Cottage B&B and we plan on being regular guests. No more hotels for us. Breakfast was AMAZING EVERY morning. I loved our room and we were close to everything.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Oakland cottage B&B, in the Little Garden Room. Delightful accomodations and amenities, great hosts (Mary and Tammy), and delicious breakfasts! The cottage also has a great porch to sit on and relax. This home is near the Biltmore Estate and village. Such a welcoming home to stay in!! Good wifi as well.

The Little Garden room at Oakland Cottage was the perfect haven for me on my solo springtime visit to Asheville. The bedroom looks out over a lawn surrounded by beautiful old trees. Sweet birdsong welcomed each morning. I loved the claw foot tub in the bathroom and the cozy furniture in the gathering room. The first morning that I was...

My husband and I stayed at Oakland last weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the charm of the house - a vintage early 20th century gracious old home, most details and even living room furniture original, the excellent filling and tasty breakfasts (with vegetarian options for me), and our room, the Little Garden Room, which had all the amenities we...

We picked it on the way driving to Asheville, no review surfing, just picked it. What a lucky choice. The Inn is just a great place--close to downtown hipster Asheville and just as close to Biltmore Village and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The building is an architectural gem. The rooms are all really nicely done, with attention to detail...

Stayed at Oakland Cottage B and B December 1 till 5. I was not going to write a review as the person that I was traveling with (Ginny B.) did write one. We booked the place based on the positive reviews it had gotten, but we were very disappointed. We were met with peeling paint on the exterior of the...
