This BW has a great location just off the interstate. It is in prime location for getting to the Biltmore or local shopping and eating. The hotel itself is nothing fancy with standard furnishings and doors which face the exterior of the building. You also have to walk outside to the main building where standard food fare is available for...

Look this is not the Hyatt, but this hotel is perfecty located with immediate access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. It has been totally remodeled and they did a beautiful job. I'm a cyclist and our room was amazing. Large, clean (even the remote was in a special sleeve to show it was cleaned), beautiful tub etc. The exterior does...

The room was big and very clean. Breakfast was good. Wifi was terrible, kept logging off. Room wasn't cheap. I liked the location, but if just passing through I'd find some place else. If staying awhile I'd stay here again.

We were checked in by friendly staff. Our room was clean & updated very nicely (older hotel refurbished). We received a very good price having booked on line. One reason we booked was that breakfast was included with the room. I like being able to get up & have breakfast at the hotel for the convenience of it. There seemed...

Extremely clean, great room, excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Quiet surroundings. Staff was helpful in recommending a place for dinner, which was the perfect fit for what we wanted. Why should I add more comments? This is really annoying.

Good price and location, easy access to Asheville downtown and Biltmore estate, staff are friendly, the room is clean and quite although next by route 70, multiple choice for complementary breakfast. Left on to route 70 is a little bit challenge while leaving the hotel.

The hotel was clean and the workers sympathetic, the location is good, as it is in the entrance of Asheville, NC, and closed to the most visited places. The breakfast was basic, nothing special. The rooms are to closed so you can hear all your neighbours. Beds and pillows too soft, and a price a little salty!

Usually pet friendly hotels are not very nice but this one was. Only stayed one night but it was a clean room, quiet. We were there on a Friday night after spending the day at Biltmore. Good proximity to Biltmore- where we also brought the dog. Love dog friendly places! Best Western even had a complimentary breakfast which was very...

The hotel is very well maintained and kept up to date. Rooms looked to be freshly painted. The queen sized beds are super comfortable. Hotel is pet friendly, which is a huge plus. The only issue we had was that certain electrical outlets in room did not operate. The hotel staff responded and the problem was fixed immediately upon request....

This was one of three Best Westerns I stayed at this week while taking my son on college tours I really liked this property. Great location to the highway and the rooms were recently redone making the room very nice. My teenager also liked this property the best of all three we stayed at this week.
