The Residences were very easy to find, and the room was very nice! We had a studio room. The bed was very comfortable, the couch was comfortable to cuddle on in front of the faux fireplace, the bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking our dinner and breakfast. When we asked for something, the staff was...

We were very pleased with the room we got for the money we paid. We were at the to of the hill, so we had a great view. We loved the fire place in our unit, and it felt very homey. Would definitely stay there again!!! Hopefully soon!!

I loved The Residences at Biltmore. It was roughly 1/2 the price of the Grove Park and about twice as large. Why pay twice as much for a standard sized room when you can have a full suite for 1/2 the money!!! The location is also good. Puts you right near Biltmore Village, The Biltmore Estate, and maybe 10 minutes...

Excellent location - very close to Biltmore - 3 bed 2 bath - tons of room and very upscale. Convenient to downtown, and right down the street from the Biltmore Village. Great restaurants nearby, lots of things to see and do.

Wifey and I checked into our 3rd floor condo on a late, rainy Friday night. Luggage carts were conveniently located by the elevators, so it was no issue getting our luggage up. Our one bedroom unit was tastefully decorated and inviting. The bedroom had a large, comfortable bed. The robes hanging in the closet was a nice added touch too....

These are private condos that are rented. I have stayed there several times and the rooms were always very well decorated with very comfortable beds. The showers are the more contemporary walk-in large glass enclosures. Small but functional kitchens and the location is close to all the things you want to do - Biltmore and downtown restaurants (try Tupelo Honey!)....

We checked in around 5:00 or so, we first went to the first building you come to not knowing this isn't the place for the studios, well we are seniors and the steps to get out to office were very difficult on my husband, only to find out we were in the wrong place. I would let people know this before...

First, these are privately owned condos for rent, not a hotel. The location was a positive being less than 5 minutes from the Biltmore and 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. The BIGGEST thing to do when booking this place, MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE TOP FLOOR!! The interior of the condos are very nice but the noise from surrounding...

The room was very impressive, esp. for the price. Everything was very clean (I have pretty high standards). We took the advice from other reviews and booked a room on the 4th floor. We could hear some noise outside the rooms and the windows, but there was little enough traffic that it wasn't a huge issue. The only other issues...
