Stayed here for 1 evening on our way to Charleston, SC. Check-in was smooth & the girl was very friendly. The whole property is non-smoking, even the parking lots. The accommodations were very nice but the floors must have been paper thin because within a 1/2 hour of being in the room a lady came up & said she heard...

Beautifully and tastefully done. Very clean. Feels like home. The firepit and pool area are so fun, helps you relax and get to know others staying here. Conveniently located. I highly recommend it. Many choices for eateries close by. If I come back this way I'll stay longer.

I have a good track record of finding awesome places to stay. I really do my research. I was very hopeful that this trend would continue with the Residences, but it didn't. The location is fine. It's between the Biltmore and downtown Asheville. (You'll need a car; but I already knew that.) Price was reasonable. However we didn't have power...

When we made our reservation, we never received an email confirmation. When we called to confirm, we were told yes they had our reservation. However, when we received our bill it was more than $200 higher. We asked at the front desk, and their response was basically too bad, we change the rates all the time based on occupancy, nothing...

We have stayed at the Residences at Biltmore since they were first built. Through the years, we have seen them "go down" in quality and up in price. We actually stayed there last Friday night to attend a wedding, and it was loud. Rug looked dirty, and there was no cover on ironing board. We let the font desk know,...

Upon arrival ( we were early) the front desk said they would phone as soon as the room was ready. Well I suppose it was to much of an inconvenience as we never heard from them. We arrived back after a few hours to find the room had been ready. The room is beautiful and clean. Nicely appointed. However once...

The Residences at Biltmore was a great facility with lots of room in the studio especially the shower. The bathroom had a large shower room enough for two people and double sinks. The kitchen is complete but could use a dish washer. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The bed has a duvet with clean sheets covering...

After reading some of the reviews about the noise I was hesitant to reserve. But went ahead and took the chance and book a 2 bedroom condo for 4 nights. Our condo was clean and quiet. we were on the second floor with 2 ore floors above us. Location was good, close to downtown. Plenty of room, fully equipped kitchen,...

Very nice 1 bedroom, more an apartment than a hotel. Well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, clean bathroom. The wall air conditioner was quite noisy but it was fine for the amount we were in there. I do not recommended a bottom floor rental as you can hear everything from upstairs. Nice location. Will definitely stay there again and will...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo unit in August 2016. The 2BR unit was very inexpensive relative to other options and given the value. It was a beautiful, well maintained and clean unit. Had a well stocked modest sized kitchen, comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Well located - convenient to downtown and everything we did in Asheville. Recommend...
