We were delighted to find the Princess Anne and wish we would have known to stay longer! It is a beautifully restored historic hotel with luxurious suites, gracious staff, delicious food ... all far exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely place for our family reunion and we can't wait to go back!

Our second stay in The Princess Anne was as lovely as our first. The staff is friendly, the food is spectacular and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were in Asheville for the Southern Conference Basketball Tournament. After the noise of the arena, it was wonderful to come back to the peace and quiet of the Princess Anne. We...

Thank you for your kind words! Downtown can be crazy during the SoCon Tournament, so getting away from it all is certainly a treat. We look forward to having you with us again!

This was a great find for our anniversary weekend. The staff is incredibly friendly and the afternoon wine and snacks started our weekend off nicely. Beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, short walk or Uber drive to downtown.

What a wonderful hotel! This is a historic hotel so don't expect a brand new cookie cutter Marriott (and to me that is a good thing). The hotel was wonderfully decorated with beautiful paintings and green walls. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot. Our room was a little stuffy, but you can control your own heater/air...

I would call this a bed and breakfast/hotel hybrid. Although set up like a hotel, it has the amenities of a B&B...like wine and snacks in the afternoon along with a delicious breakfast in the dining room each morning. The hotel is quaint, beautiful, and in a great location...close to downtown and Grove Park Inn. The only complaints we had...

My husband and I live in Asheville, but decided to spend a night here for our anniversary, and I'm very glad we did. This place is clean and beautifully decorated. The suite was spacious and the kitchenette was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast gets a big thumbs up; it was delicious. I also...

it's all about service and people......great folks all...Jennifer in particular. It is special in so many ways, the charm of the setting, location, the character of the historic building itself...the wine hour, the food....really, realy delicious. The rooms are comfortable, sizable, well furnished and the bed make you sleep like a baby. Jennifer gave us a greta recomendation for dinner...

My wife and I just celebrated our 45 wedding anniversary! For the past 7 years, we have celebrated that special date in our lives at the Princess Anne Hotel. Wonderful and refreshing place to stay. Unlike rom hotels. We had one of the two rooms with a king bed. The room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely the best. Not at all like you get at regular hotels. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I know we will be back.

We travel to Asheville on business. Historically we always stayed at Grove Park. After becoming tired of paying a premium price for an okay room, we discovered Princess Anne. We love the atmosphere and convenience. I highly recommend this place.
