We decided to stay at Crooked Mountain Inn after reading many great reviews on Bear's breakfast and Patti's granola as well as the beautiful rooms and grounds. It was the best part of our three night stay 4/13- 4/16/17 in Asheville. The rooms were quiet and the attention to detail given throughout the inn made us feel so much at...

My wife and I choose the Crooked Mountain Inn after reading the reviews and then followed up with a phone call to Patti for more information. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and given a tour of the house and grounds. To our surprise we got our room upgraded to one of the suites and it was beautiful. Patti...

We would highly recommend this delightful bed & breakfast! The setting up a winding mountain road just a short distance from the town of Asheville was perfect. It was close enough to the town to be convenient, but being up the mountain made it more special. It was a very peaceful retreat with beautiful surroundings. There were little paths to...

Went to Asheville from 2/20-2/23 and stayed in Patti and Bear's Chestnut Suit. The accommodations lived up to the pictures in the site. Bear was a most gracious morning host. Cooking breakfast to order. Patti's homemade granola was one of the best I'd ever had. Bear's take on French Toast and the way he grilled the muffins on the sides...

Great bed and breakfast. Bear was exceptional. We will definitely return. Patty, Bear did a fantastic job in our absence. The rooms were clean and cozy. The grounds were nicely decorated and the location is calm and peaceful.

We had never visited Asheville and wanted to go for a couple's getaway weekend at the end of September. We didn't want a generic hotel experience and Crooked Oak sounded right up our alley. While up in the mountains where it feels remote from everything, this B&B is just a quick drive to downtown. Crooked Oak is an historic "rounder"...

My husband and I spent two nights at this wonderfu Inn and we can't say enough good about it. We visit Asheville frequently and have stayed in many places, but the Crooked Oak Mountain Inn is a new favorite. Patti and Bear are the perfect hosts - welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, so personable and can they cook!!! Bear greeted us on...

We stayed five days over T-giving weekend. Bear and Patti were exceptional hosts who went the extra uphill mile to make us comfortable. Bear greeted us at the front door upon our arrival, and within 5 minutes we were "at home." The property which is on top of a hill was in full Fall Foliage, and the Romance just eked...

Second time with Beat and Patti at their B&B. I don't want to ever stay anywhere else when being in Asheville. The house is beautiful and very accommodating. Rooms are amazing and extremely comfortable. Bear makes breakfast and is an amazing cook. There are not enough words to express our time at Crooked Oak B&B. We Love it and will...
