Nice room and facilities. Kids enjoyed pool and above average fitness room. Location is good and convenient for downtown Asheville. We were here for a conference and had reduced room rate so hard to speak to value.

It is very near downtown, but I am not sure if it would be considered the "center". We walked between 3 and 8 blocks to everything. There may be options that would require less walking. I hope this helps!
