I didn't realize our trip coincided with Easter weekend and we didn't have a lot of options. All of the clerks were very helpful and friendly and get an excellent for customer service. The rooms are small, which we were okay with because we were out all day. We were on the 4th floor and didn't have any issues with...

This hotel is reasonably priced with excellent proximity to Biltmore Village. It was clean, well appointed, had a nice, fresh breakfast buffet and the staff was extremely helpful. I only stayed for one night, but when I return to town, I will choose this hotel again.

A good place to stay if you need something's inexpensive and nice. The desk clerks are always friendly and it's easily accessible from the highway. Far from the hustle and bustle of downtown and the Biltmore area but just close enough to get to quickly. Recommended for the solo traveler.

The rooms are small and not well lit. The exercise room was empty, on equipment. The Wifi was very inconsistent. At times it was reasonable (4 - 5 Mega bits /second), however without warning it would drop down to almost zero. Vers frustrating when you are trying to get some work done.

Room was very small. Pillows were so flat I could barely sleep(see photo). It also didn't help I had a room on the side of the hotel where an outdoor patio was so the loud, obnoxious drunk people at 2:00 in the morning played a part in the horrible sleep. The curtains don't close either so I recommend changing in...

My husband and I stayed here one night on our way to the builtmore then stayed in a cabin the next two nights. This hotel was very clean and had a wonderful complementary breakfast. The hotel clerk that checked us in was ok he seemed kind of bored but was nice enough. The staff in the morning was much nicer...

This hotel is very unique as it has more of a "lodge in the woods" kind of feel. The staff was extremely friendly and the prices at this hotel can't be beat. It is also within a few miles of Biltmore Village. My room was very clean and comfortable. It is my hotel of choice when visiting the Asheville area.

Nice and comfortable stay for the money. However, my husband and I requested a wake-up call bu we did not receive it. I am glad we also set up our iPhone and iPad's alarms or otherwise we would have missed our Biltmore Estate tour the following day. One light bulb in the bathroom/shower was out. One of the bathroom's trim...

The Room was a little small for a Queen Size Bed, Approx. 20" on each side of bed.and the Air conditioner was on the side of the bed. Ask for shower mat, I almost fell in tub. Room was clean. Other than size of room stay was ok, air conditioner (heat) did blow on me all night.
