I've traveled historic homes/castles in Europe and this definitely took me back to a Europe grand lodge. Service & rooms were amazing. My only small problem was how well the "check-in" desk blended in that I thought they were the concierge! Ha but that's also how comfortable they make you feel!

We always try to stay at a Marriott and this experience was near the top of our visits for hotels! The staff, food, rooms with amenities, and overall ambiance was exceptional. Great location and within walking distance to restaurants, and shops. Located across the street from the gates to the Biltmore. However, they do charge for parking. $20.00 overnight for each...

My wife and I visited Asheville this weekend, and we were particularly lucky that the weather was rather warm for January. As the Bohemian was fairly booked up, we were forced to stay at the carriage house across the street. This was a rather unfortunate as Hendersonville Road separating the two is quite busy. I would recommend only trying to...

Overall a really cool style to the hotel. The décor feels like a mountain lodge and the fireplace with the piano player nearby is a nice touch. As a Marriott Platinum member there is not much to be desired compared to your traditional Marriott properties, and I had to specifically ask for my elite benefits. We stayed in the Manor...

Dear ajovens, Thank you for sharing feedback regarding your recent visit. We greatly appreciate your Marriott Platinum status and apologize that you had to inquire about your elite benefits. Also, please accept my sincere apology that you experienced some disappointments with staying in our Manor House private building. While the room quality and design is identical to the rooms in...

From the valet greeting...to our checkout...the service was point on. The hotel is perfectly located outside of the biltmore estate gate...the village offers decent shopping and dining. We were with 5 other couple celebrating a milestone birthday..it snowed about 4-6 inches on Friday night...the staff did a great job cleaning it up...but much of the shopping and dining was closed...

My DIL and I recently spent two days at this hotel and it is fabulous! We were met at the valet with friendly smiles and asked if we needed help wth our luggage. As we were a tad early and our room wasn't ready - they offered us hot chocolate and took my cell number so they could call me...

Stayed here for the first time in January 2017. Service was excellent - from check in, to valet, to bellman, to room service. Location is great for visiting Biltmore and shopping/dining in Biltmore village. Not quite as convenient if the majority of your time will be spent in the heart of downtown, but a short drive (or $6 Uber) away...

We stayed here twice: 6 years ago before we had kids and a week before Christmas 2016 with both of our little girls in toe. Whether a romantic getaway or a family week-end trip, we felt well taken care of and spoiled. The kids loved the tasty hot chocolate set up in the lobby as well as the cool fireplace...

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The lobby is small but gorgeous with a four-sided roaring fire and rustic décor. Our room was absolutely gorgeous (331) and had everything we needed (although it did not have a fridge). From the photos online I'm assuming all the rooms are not the same. Ours had an enormous soaking tub...

Stayed for two nights for a friends wedding. Hotel has a convenient location to the Biltmore and for walking to restaurants and shops. The hotel lobby and bar is decorated in a medieval castle theme. The bar and restaurant are dimly lit. The rooms are comfortable and elegant. Large soaking tubs are a plus. Looking forward to my next visit....
