I needed a place for one of my employees to stay for a couple of weeks. I called the hotel directly and spoke with Heyner. He went above and beyond to assure me that this property was clean, nice and well maintained. He gave me the number to Daniel that could help me with corporate rates. Wow, this man was beyond helpful in making the reservation fast and easy. The day my employee was checking in I called the property and spoke with Mayleen, she was the nicest person and even had the room ready before check in time. My employee checked in with no problem, clean room, nice hotel and extra friendly staff!! Now a days it’s hard to find a place with one good employee, with this reservation the 3 that I dealt with were first class!! Thank you very much, you now have a customer for life

We're relocating to the Miami area. This place was a great choice. Staying here with my husband and my son. The place is impeccable clean and very chic. I'm able to work from my room using their internet. Uptown Suites has plenty of parking space. They have a laundry room with plenty of machines. The front desk personnel are very professional. The cleaning crew also very nice and attentive. Thank you Rosa for cleaning our room. Many stores within reach and many food places for take-out. There is a Publix near by. We are happy with this hotel.

Don't be turned away by the name; it's also perfect for a one-night stay. We stayed here after a long day of visiting Biscayne NP and before driving down the Keys and it was perfect. Close to restaurants, easy access to the highways, and very friendly staff. The lobby was *freezing* cold, but the room was fine. Clean, comfortable, very spacious. Also has a very nice laundry facility.

If you need a place to stay DO NOT BOOK HERE! We booked a room weeks in advance of our arrival and received confirmation emails up to 2 days prior to our stay. The day of check-in, we were told the reservation was cancelled and they were completely booked! The Reservations operator told us when someone stays longer than expected the hotel will just cancel existing reservations...no notice, no apologies, no attempt to make it right. The front desk clerk said it wasn’t him and that management was not in, nor could we contact them. Hmm... After way too long stressing and getting the runaround, we ended up staying across the street at the Marriott which was 5000x better...a little pricier but so worth it. So, if your looking to book here, save yourself some stress and book across the street.

Arrived after a 6 hour drive. Checked in fine. The room smelled so bad. We traced it to the carpet that smelled so strong of vomit. We could no way sleep there. The hotel was full so we had to quickly book somewhere else. The guy on reception was nice. Not his fault. We got a refund. But finding ourselves with no where to stay was annoying. Surely whoever made up room should have noticed the foul smell. Hilton to the rescue thank goodness

We stayed here one night while vacationing in Florida. This place is great! Very clean, comfortable, and well managed. You don't get the obligatory free breakfast that many hotels offer, but what you do get is a tremendous value.

I loved everything about this hotel. The whole place is sparkling clean. The staff really seems to care. It's quiet. The internet is reliable. The workout room, rare in the Extended Stay chain, is terrific. The location is very convenient. The rooms are contemporary and well designed. If it had a breakfast buffet I'd move in. Strongly recommended!

Recently had to evacuate for a storm and my husband had booked the reservation at Uptown extended stay in Homestead Florida. I found the rooms extremely cramped. The Bathroom was nice sized and there was a kitchenette but had we brought anything other than water there were no utensils or any thing to use there to eat with. The housekeeping staff didnt speak English so that it was hard to get some towels and cups without pointing to what we needed. The place was clean and beds were comfortable but I prefer a more spacious room with a continental breakfast included, for the price point.

This is a new facility and if it's well taken care of will be a 5 star for a long time. Staff very friendly, housekeeping staff get 10 stars from us. The only draw back is thin walls. We travelled from NC to the Keys and this was a very pleasant experience

I had to be in miami for 2 weeks and at the end of the year the hotels at MIA area were cray priced so decided to get a hotel not to far
Came across this new property in homestead and checked the price got a amazing deal for a week!
The rooms are really well appointed got what u need a stove fridge and microwave
Rooms were large and open
Bathrooms were clean
Staff were quite accommodating
The only issue I had with this place was the fact the walls and celiings are very thin
Complained about a guest above my room who apparently had kids and the noises started just before 6 am till around midnight never stopped
To add fuel to the fire the guest next to me in the same floor was really loud and rowdy and I just about had it
What turned out to be a peaceful area got messed up with these issues
Really thin walls and ceilings!
I asked for a ground floor room but turned out to the wrong choice.

The pots, pans, glasses and utensils are available at the front desk. I recently heard that there is now a fee for these items.
