This establishment exceeded our expectations. Millie at the front desk was very cheerful and helpful. The room was immaculately clean and the mattress very comfortable. The modern shower is delightful and the breakfast great. The room features a small kitchenette with a full refrigerator. The ice bucket is found in the freezer section, as are several ice trays. The ice machines are on the 1st and 4th floors. This place enhanced our visit to the Everglades.

We were planning to stay in "Courtyard" however we needed a kitchen because of COVID situation. Got a very nice deal at $90 per night. We stayed for 3 nights to visit Miami and Keywest. Check In was smooth, rooms were clean. There was sanitizer everywhere. I wish they had no touch sanitizer machine. Bathrooms were nice and clean, the only issue we faced was to set the shower at the right water temperature. There were many options in breakfast and all 'take away' (very good initiative in COVID). And you don't have to always use the main entrance, there were 2 other gates also and we mostly used stairs. Room had many furniture options and all amenities. One strange thing was TV placement, but we adjusted after one day. TV had the Netflix option which was a huge plus. Alcohol wipes provided in the room were very helpful. Kitchen had all required utensils and dishwasher/Microwave etc. Overall nice and comfortable stay. I will highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here while visiting the Everglades and the keys during COVID. It was very convenient for both locations and made traveling there affordable and accessible for us. The hotel offered many in-room amenities so we were able to get carry out and eat in at outdoor dining area, as well as the option to cook our own food outdoors or indoors in the room. We did not have our room cleaned, however everything we needed was provided or available upon request. A great option and would definitely stay here again.

Recently stayed in this hotel for multiple days. The hotel is very conveniently located with a Publix store right across the street. It is very close to the turnpike. We had a mixed experience in this hotel. Checkin process was fairly straightforward. The room was clean, spacious and looked fairly new. Breakfast was standard affair. We did not get hot water in the bathroom during our stay. It turned out that there was an issue with their boiler, and it took them 2 days to fix the issue. Stuff happens, but the hotel staff was not straightforward. Most of them are unfriendly and did not treat us with respect. We stayed for 4 nights and the housekeeping did not remove trash despite multiple requests. When I contacted the front desk, they did not address this issue either. The person sitting at the front desk on the morning of 12/23 was so arrogant that she asked us to leave the trash on the floor if the trash can was full. She later said she would ask the housekeeping to remove the trash, and that was not done (we found out after we came back in the evening). The gentleman at the front desk on the evening of 12/23 finally had someone pickup the trash after we requested a couple times. Very disappointed that we pay so much money for such mediocre service.

Tip - pack ear plugs. Very noisy in the room from banging of doors and non stop screaming from the pool (the hotel don’t appear to adhere to the pool curfew noted on their app. People were in it 2 hrs beyond it both nights). The windows don’t seem to have any sound proofing. Our room appeared clean, however, felt grubby with carpet stains and was drearily / dated.
Despite it being over 80F outside the heating was on in the room (you can’t select cooling only).
Digital check in is a waste of time. You have to go to front desk anyway as no digital key. Front desk check in was abrasive and unknowable about the hotel, check out was sarcastic. There was also a bad smell both nights in the reception area which we also noticed in the room.

I am booked for a two week stay and I'm a week into it and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with this location. From your entrance into the hotel you can smell the air fresheners which is the just the beginning of what is to come. The entire facility is clean to include the gym. The rooms are also great in addition to the staff members. This place is really impressive.

This hotel was a pretty nice place to stay. We really enjoyed having a kitchen that had everything we needed. The bathroom was also pretty big. The pool wasn’t heated though which I guess makes sense for the temperature in the summer but in winter it was pretty cold. There was a little basketball court that they had which we enjoyed playing at. They also had a ping pong table which we liked. Would recommend if you are staying in homestead especially considering there aren’t that many choices.

Excellent service at check in, they're so friendly, slept well, liked the 1 bedroom suite room 501 beds excellent, showers were great, breakfast 1st morning just had toasted bagel, 2nd nite had scrambled egg, sausage , parking spaces were closeby, whole experiences were awesome, housekeepers were super friendly always smiling, all the employees all were smiling felt like I was on a cruiseship the hotel itself was awesome nothing negative, best place to stay period and very reasonable, the other hotels in area might be cheaper but you get what you pay for. stay cheap and you run into noisy or druggies ...This was our first time staying at Marriott and loved our room suite. restaurants were close by, coral castle was interesting and you all were terric /employees ...I would stay there again and again. Best place to stay.

Raised price and stayed there while new customers came in at a substantial discount. Breakfast is almost non existent and front desk hasn’t a clue about how to handle nite workers. Not very impressed. There is no cell phone service in your room. Can’t believe this being so close to city. The TV stations constantly go out completely.. ridiculous

You will be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in the Homestead area. This hotel is very new, with spacious & quiet rooms, and is incredibly clean throughout. Even the stairwells are nice!
I also appreciate that the person checking us in didn't hesitate to honor a free late checkout with our Marriott status. No questions, no sighs, just a friendly interaction.
As far as your standard mid-range hotels go, this property is the gold standard.
