First we arrived right at 8:00PM in the evening to check in to our cabin. Everything was closed down, we were able to get in the cabin but had no key for it. The cabin was dirty, run-down & uninsulated. The mattresses were vinyl lined and resemble more of a 1972 Buick car seat than a mattress. If you need...

This was our first time at a KOA. I have to say it met our expectations knowing this was, for the most part, a parking lot. It certainly did not exceed them. Our interactions with the staff was pleasant and we found them helpful. Sure wish the bath and shower facilities were a bit nicer, but at least they were...

The view from the campground is spectacular. Nice sites for rv's, good shop and just a bit outside Moab city. It is a busy town so making a reservation is a good idea, especially in summer time. We were here 3 years ago in summer and then it is very hot. Great naturenaround the city, enough tomstay a few daus.

My wife and I stayed at the Moab KOA on a trip to Utah. We began and ended a Utah loop in Moab. The KOA is a far more economical option than the high hotel rates in Moab. The staff here was very friendly and accommodating. The campsite is far enough out of town for some quiet and dark, while...

We had a horrible experience at this KOA from the second we arrived. The biggest problem is that the staff did not treat us like customers, and did not seem to care about our experience whatsoever. Here's the overview: they added MANY extra costs to our bill, they monitored our every move, made us work on their schedule while we...

After RV travelling much of Canada and the US, we always considered a KOA campground to be a safe bet no matter where you are. This park changed our thinking and is the worst KOA park we have ever experienced. The park was half empty with lots of staff working but service and maintenance was extremely poor. The wi-fi was...

We stayed in a cottage with our 2yo and 5yo. We had a queen bed and two bunk beds, microwave, fridge, tv, and bathroom with tub (we needed to bring linens, towels and all kitchen utensils/dishes, etc). Everything was clean and well laid out. I was surprised how much room we had. We had to buy bed rolls at the...

I stayed in one of the larger cabins with a double bed in one room and 4 bunk beds in another. These rooms are small and not fancy, but if you are just looking for a place to sleep it works well. It was a short walk to either of the two shower/bathroom locations, helpful hint: the central location is...

The place is ok, it has sites off the road. The staff was not the nicest, kind of a poor atmosphere. Site had picnic tables and grills, however charcoal only NO wood burning fire...what kind of campground does not let you have a camp fire???? The bathrooms and showers were marginal at best. The Internet was HORRIBLE>
