The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the price certainly made it a more desirable option over the big brand hotels in town. The place had a nice local feel to it, and the room and facilities were well maintained and clean. The room was a reasonable size, the bed was huge, with a large TV, wifi...

John the front desk associate was very enthusiastic, asking us how we slept, etc. You know a business is on the upswing when an employee acts like an owner. Very clean, big mini fridges, good coffee all day, convenient to everything and what a great price!

Stayed here because it was a top-rated budget place in Moab. It did not disappoint. A particular treat was the light show provided by the shower head. Had never seen one of those before. Small, but decent, breakfast.

Our family of 4 recently stayed in the room with 3 queen beds. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable. and the sheets smelled great! There is so much to do in Moab that you are not in the room often, so extra perks are not necessary. This place is perfect for a visit. Very quiet in the room....

We have stayed here a couple of times in the last year. The motel is older but has been remodeled. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. We had to order jeep parts and have them shipped to the motel, the staff was more than willing to help. We will stay here again next year.

What a great place to stay! I forgot to snap a photo of the room, but it was clean and comfy! You can tell it's an older building, but as long as it's clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable (which they were), I'm happy! The wifi here was great, much better than in some "fancy" chain hotels I've...

Stayed at the Inca Inn April 3 to 6, 2015 and was extremely pleased with my visit. The room was clean and very quiet especially being on the main road. It was a nice treat to have continental breakfast available. The staff was very nice and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Inca Inn for three nights. We chose it because of Tripadvisor ratings and agree with the people who rated it as excellent. The rooms were good size and very clean. Comfortable beds and we liked the quiet rule at 10 PM. A simple breakfast but that's usually what we have at home! Very nice and helpful...

We only stayed one night (3 people in one room), but were happy with our experience here. We booked it based on other reviews on TripAdvisor, and our expectations were confirmed. Not a fancy place for sure, but clean and comfortable, and that's what counts. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful too - John helped us get...

This is a great little budget motel. The manager's description in the comments card (photo attached) says it all. If you manage your expectations considering the rate in my opinion you can't go wrong. Our room was spotless and carefully cleaned every day. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. These are the basics that matter most. Beyond that,...
