We just spent a second time at this affordable, clean, and welcoming little motel. We traveled with a dog the first time and with a dog AND cat this time. We were welcomed with open arms and our dog was so happy to be in...More

This was a traditional motel so don't expect super luxury. But for the price and location it was a great find. The hotel staff / owner were extremely nice and helpful. Our room was a bit small but was clean, cool and quiet at an...More

Stayed here Aug 1 and 2 and was a great place. This was a last minute choice and found the rooms to be nice with great working a/c units as it had been 99 outside. No complaints whatsoever and glad they allowed our yellow lab....More

It's pretty quiet at the hotel, and there is a fantastic trail literally right behind, which goes both north and south and is often used by mountain bikers. There are dozens of hikes within a few miles.

Agreed, plenty of places to walk in the town, you can walk down to the main shopping area pretty easily.
