Clean, comfortable hotel on the north end of town and close to Arches NP. Room was spacious. Breakfast was adequate, though the room was a little crowded early on as everyone was heading out early to enjoy the recreational opportunities in/around Moab. Outside pool was clean; our boys enjoyed it. Would recommend and return next time we're in town.

Although this hotel is advertised as pet free we were awakened early on our first morning by a dog barking in the room next to ours. The barking continued for at least 15 minutes. We brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and she told us that guest was checking out on the same day.

Great Location. Rooms nicely remodeled recently. Beds were very comfy. Room was clean....bathroom not so much. Mildew on lower part of shower curtain. Yuk! Breakfast had a lot to be desired. Very basic cold continental with instant oatmeal and toaster waffles. Overall, for the price we paid compared to other motels in area it was a good value.

We came to Moab June 26-28th for sightseeing & hiking and this was a good spot to set up base...the room was clean, the AC worked and they even came by to check to make sure everything was ok. I mentioned the AC sounded like it was making a bit more noise than usual and they sent a technician within...

No elevator, had to drag my suitcases up the stairs, carpets in hallway were very smelly and old, front desk clerks were unprofessional, and shower curtain had reddish slime at the bottom. The room was remodeled, but still felt old. Bed and linens as well as towels had seen better days. I was given one tiny bottle of shampoo, no...

The suite was newly renovated but it was located next to the stairs so it was noisy as other guests dragged their luggage up and down the stairs. There were no locks on the first floor windows - secured with only small wooden dowels. Most disappointing was the breakfast. Given the big city price of the room ($170), we expected...

For the money this was a very good place to stay. Rooms were clean had been renovated and were decorated in welcoming and trendy colors. Loved the armchair in the corner! It was also very helpful to have adequate outlets for recharging our devices. We appreciated the clean laminate floors, as being on the road for 5 nights we were...
