The location in the center of town put us in the middle of everything. Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk employees are very nice and helpful. We will be staying here again during our next visit!

Very clean rooms, and walking distance to everything downtown. The pool and hot tub are in good condition and private. Located right beside a walking trail if you filled too much up on food! Definitely will stay again here.

We have stayed here a few times. The people are nice. The rooms are clean. Prices are reasonable by Moab standards, and high by rural Utah standards. One mistake we made was booking through Travelocity. The guy in front of us who walked in with no reservation paid less than half what we did. The clerk explained that prices drop...

Not an especially good bargain because it was spring break, but it could be better at other times of year. It is a very popular hotel, and as economical as any. We had a sweet room in the lower area, next to the stream...perfect for us. There are far more expensive places in town, but this worked for us. It...

More of a motel than an hotel, the location and price is what sold us; the location is great for the main part of Moab (which is a rockin' town) while the price was the best for an VERY expensive weekend. The room was large and fairly quiet, with an recently renovated bathroom that had a decent rather than spectacular...

We stayed here over the summer because it was the last decently-priced hotel in Moab for the weekend. It was perfect for what we paid for, but there wasn't much parking (we actually didn't get a spot at all, but parked randomly in front of our door because the receptionist didn't have much to offer us as far as other...

Stayed one night before joining a tour at another hotel. Bed was comfortable. A little noisy being under stairs but not bad. Price was perfect -$99 plus tax. Right next to a great pancake house. Didn't use the pool or spa.

Our rig broke down while passing through Moab so we ended up staying a couple nights here. The staff was very helpful. Our door was not working so the maintenance man came up & worked on it for at least an hour while we were at the pool. He was so sweet too as our 5 girls were running in...

Here for spring break. Nice enough hotel. My partner has high standards for hotels (clean) and passed her test. Clean, central location. Has small pool. Price high for type of hotel, but that is typical for Moab. Liked fridge and microwave in room.

The hotel was clean and spacious and quiet. The staff was amazingly helpful. We both needed to see a Dr. during our stay. The delightful young lady clerk, K., used her own phone to help us with making an appointment at a local clinic (there is no 'urgent care' in Moab) where we received wonderful treatment.
