Stayed here for two nights. Nice lobby & room. Breakfast was 5/10. However, we were awakened (I wear earplugs at night) at 12:45am by someone pounding & yelling on about 5 doors in our hallway next to our room, which was about 20 feet from the front desk on the first floor. This went on for about 20 minutes, and... More

We stayed for one night at the Quality Inn in Greeneville on our way home to North Carolina from central Tennessee. The hotel was OK - nothing terrible, but nothing great either - and sufficient for one night. Probably would choose something a little nicer if we were staying for a longer time. Check in was quick, though the front... More

Recently stayed here with family for a wedding. We found the property to be clean, well maintained and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was adequate with a waffle machine, biscuits, gravy, sausage links, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

My sister and I had to stay overnight for a receiving friends/next day funeral and chose Quality Inn for our stay. We were in a room with two double beds. The room was clean and quiet. the room was perfect for our needs, seemed to have plenty of wall outlets, but oddly enough nothing on our nightstand seemed to work... More

This hotel does what it has to: bed, shower, complimentary breakfast and wifi. It's past its prime and showing wear but I think it was reasonably clean. Standard included breakfast (a few hot items, that waffle maker, cereals, very sad apples and oranges). Please, get some yogurt that's not Trix flavored and some decent fruit. We stayed there because we... More

I stayed here for two nights in March and was very pleased. Friendly staff, cozy bed, clean room and a good breakfast.. I would definately stay here again and I recommend for sure!! This used to be a Jameson Inn, which I always tried to stay at because they were consistent most of the time...

We've stayed there twice in the last year and really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly, helpful, and its just across the parking lot from a nice restaurant. Its kind of on the edge of town, but still convenient and not far from the Performing Arts Center, or whatever you want to do, or see in town.

I have stayed here numerous times in years past. The rooms are small. The hotel used to be a Jamison Inn. It has been a number of years since they have done any remodeling or updating and it shows! If you can afford a little more, stay at the Hampton Inn next door...they care and it shows!

The room was a standard hotel room, and the breakfast in the morning was pretty good. It is located within walking distance to restaurants. The only complaint is that our room was near the front desk and staff was loud at night.

On checking in not a hello, welcome to Quality Inn or any other welcoming greeting. Entered into the room and it just was not welcoming, sort of felt dirty or something hard to describe. Later my husband went to get a extra towel and ask for directions to another town and he did say the person was helpful and friendly.... More
