Not worth the money they charge. The hotel is in need of remodeling. The maids don't even knock before barging into the room. My window faced a wall. The tv was so dark that it was hard to watch. Not what I expected for $229 per night.

My husband and I decided on staying here because you definitely get the most bang for your buck at this gorgeous boutique hotel—aside from the $60 / night parking fee that they don't tell you about of course, which seems to be the going rate in that expensive city. The hotel itself is in a convenient location, near Union Square...

We visited here for 4 nights in November. We were given a fabulous complimentary upgrade to a suite and everything was perfect. We enjoyed the complimentary wine hour in the evenings and the free hot drinks each morning. The service from all staff we encountered during our stay was great and nothing was too much trouble. The central location of...

The hotel was within walking distance of Union square and major shopping sites as well as restaurants for a variety of fine dining. A drugstore across the street made for picking up anything forgotten at home and the Honey Honey cafe just up the hill was a great recommendation for breakfast

So friendly and helpful in every way. They made an effort to accommodate our late departure to an even later departure. Handled fresh flowers for our rooms, gave helpful logistical advice and since I use a walker they were more helpful and considerate of comings and goings. A great bunch!

Second time I have stayed here. First time had issues with reservations. This time, checked out early due to terrible clumpy mattress and comforter with all stuffing at ends. In the end, it was like 2 think cotton sheets on me during the night. Ordered a new comforter in the middle of the night and got a brown fuzzy blanket...

I arrived late Thursday night and found check-in simple, everything in order. Room pleasant, bbathroom small but well-equipped, staff accommodating and pleasant. Excellent location for shopping. Didn't try the restaurant but it looked great. Ditto re fitness center.

Hotel has a great atmosphere, staff is very out going, room was very clean, the honor bar was a great touch as it was not your typical mini bar with a damn censor on it and most of all the hotel made you feel very welcome.
