The front desk staff were amazing and helpful as well as the head of house keeping who hosted the wine hour one evening. The hotel is located very close to union square and walking distance to a lot of attractions. The beds were terrible uncomfortable, that was our main problem with staying here. We hardly got a good nights sleep...

We chose the hotel for its location and modern touch. It was beyond our expectations! We were welcomed by Clayton, the director of guest experience, who made sure we felt at home, gave us a number of excellent recommendations that made it so much easier to ease into this new city. Our room was street facing on the second floor...

I booked the stay thru hotel tonight and paid in full on the app. I checked in and there was no mention of any additional fees only to hold my credit card for incidentals. Upon check out, I was surprised by $22/night amenity charge for "wine happy hour, coffee / tea, and the gym" NONE of which I used. Furthermore,...

This was our first time staying at The Marker. We had booked two rooms as travelling with teens. They emailed at 8am to say that our daughters' room was ready which was brilliant. The rooms are really cool, big enough with nice bathrooms and decor. The staff at The Marker are without exception, fantastic. We dealt with lots of different...

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff, eclectic style to the rooms that made it fun and elegant at the same time, great mattresses and shower pressure (something we always want), and convenient location to Union Square, Chinatown, and transportation to other areas. We truly enjoyed our stay!

My friend and I went to a concert and stayed at the marker in the Spa Suite. Large room with a huge bathroom (the best part of the room). The room is also extremely quiet considering both of the major views are facing the street & excellent. I enjoyed my experience there and the staff is very accommodating and warm....

The hotel is nice. The room are spacious and the location is cleaned. My issue is that after three nights there, we never really got any type of World Class experience. Let me explain. When you spend so much on a hotel room, you should receive little perks all throughout the day (chocolate, water, anything). It just wasn't the case....

The Marker is a fabulous hotel and played a big role in the overall satisfaction of my trip. Absolutely loved the shower head! The best I have ever used. I am a seasoned traveler and The Marker is better than any caribbean resort or hotel I have stayed in. They have thought of everything to make the stay superb. Speedy...

We stayed in the marker hotel for 3 nights last week, were welcomed by Phil who was very friendly and helpful giving us tips on what to see whilst in San Francisco, the free tea and coffee in the morning and the wine hour in the late afternoon is a great idea. The room was great, clean, with a mini...
