The king suite with the jetted tub was heavenly! Everyone was very nice and we didn't have any issues. Austin was great during check in and recommending places. The king bed was very comfortable and hard to get out of on a rainy day!

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 27 December 2016

We chose the hotel for its location and modern touch. It was beyond our expectations! We were welcomed by Clayton, the director of guest experience, who made sure we felt at home, gave us a number of excellent recommendations that made it so much easier to ease into this new city. Our room was street facing on the second floor...

Hotel was nice enough. Comfortable beds. I would have like to have access to paper newspapers instead of online versions. Shower water pressure was a problem. Shower water temperature was a problem. Both issues were unresolved during my 4 day stay.

Had two rooms for my family for a long weekend. The rooms were nice and clean with very interior little noise. There is street noise if you open your window. The hotel's location is good for seeing San Francisco. We found the staff friendly and helpful.

We returned yesterday from our first stay at The Marker in San Francisco...it will not be our last. The location is very good, the restaurant across the lobby (Tratta) is excellent (although service could be improved), the front desk (especially Austin and Eddy) are superb caretakers of your visit, and the two bellmen who helped us (James and Benjie) couldn't...

I am so glad we stayed here, this is by far thebest hotel in SF. Its not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. But the building is great, awesome location, staff is unbelievable, room is nice and comfortable, not large but very comfortable and has everything you would want. Extras are great free coffee, wine in the evening, umbrellas, and...

We spent five nights here in the heart of the city. The location can't be beat-- close to Union Square, theatres, Chinatown, great restaurants, jazz at Biscuit and Blues. Many thanks to Isaac for the upgrade to a spacious king room and special thanks to Jackson, our concierge, who pointed us in all the right directions for dining, sightseeing and...

This used to be the Hotel Monaco, which now has undergone a comprehensive remodeling (including the bathrooms). The rooms have been updated, yet are still extremely charming and very comfortable. The restaurant, unfortunately, is no longer the fabulous Grand Café – but things do come and go. What didn't go is the exceedingly friendly and helpful staff. They are some...

Hard to get the water temperature to work well. Asked for adjoining rooms for kids and they were unable to deliver on this. Charged $69 a night to valet! More of a younger crowd. Had planned to go back next month on business. Will now try and find somewhere else.

We just spent 1 night in San Francisco and found The Marker to be a great deal. Perfect area to stay, friendly staff and a lovely room. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and really enjoy the food. Overall it was a great experience.
