I was really leery when we picked this hotel. Some reviews made it sound horrible! We found it to be an older building, updated in a modest way. We found it clean and the staff pleasant. The breakfast is just the basics.

Good location, right next to the Dragon's Gate of Chinatown. You will never get lost. Easy to access to everything. Room is big. Old building but in good condition. Simple breakfast provided. Coffee could be better. Have to pay $10 for luggage storage after checkout.

We were supposed to stay at this hotel for 5 nights because our other hotel was full. Since we came from over-seas, it's natural to have more than one luggage per person. We booked this via HotelOne but since no money was involved, except for card details, we decided to drop by to confirm our stay, and to ask if...

Good hotel for budget tourist and business especially if vicinity is Chinatown. Room was adequate and simple. Decor same, yet tasteful. Beds are firm. Towels could use more bleach. Breakfast room is more like a break room with similar offerings. Hoarding and waste is discouraged so make sure you have your breakfast ticket before entering. One way shuttle to airport...

Excellent location, reasonably priced, clean, and will stay again. Not sure what folks are looking for when the give this place poor ratings? This place isn't the Ritz, nor does it claim to be. It's well run, safe, clean, has a spartan continental breakfast included, and it's fairly priced. The rooms are loud and small, due to street noise, but...

We just stayed here for 8 days. Don't ever stay here unless you are desperate and there is nothing else. The only thing going for it is that it's very centrally located. That's it. We emailed ahead asking for a twin and they didn't reply to us until we arrived so if was too late for us to cancel our...

Found this hotel on the internet by chance as it was not displayed on Priceline or other travel websites that I surfed. I needed a hotel where I could book 13 consecutive weeks for one night each week. The hotel is located adjacent to the archway Dragon's Gate as you enter the heart of Chinatown, close to Union Square and...

We stayed for two night, the location is excellent, very close to union square and in the corner were you can take the hop on hop off buses. We stayed in a queen bed room, very small, was clean, but has not air conditioner, the hot water easy to regulate. The breakfast very cheap, just carbs, bread, cereal, coffee, orange...

We absolutely were thrilled with the location of this hotel! We have visited the city several times and have stayed at over 12 other hotels. But the best kept secret was how friendly the staff are and how comfortable the newly remodeled rooms were too! Keep in mind, this building has an old world charm, that greets any traveler who...
