Booked this hotel through Tablet Hotels, who used to be a trustworthy source of good hotels. The staff was unfriendly, the room was old and smelled funny. The bed and linens were cheap. Their internet connection was a joke, slower than a 56K modem.

The good fortune on Vertigo from JPM Health enables market based price gouging. But this one makes me dizzy. You would think that for the premiums the hotel received it could respond in some way from a service level. The friendly desk attendants all seem in some type of guided fog about the bare bones internet bandwidth. Signal ranged between...

Rick B, When reading reviews like yours, I always seek to understand how we let such frustration slip by past check-out. In your case, I apologize for the "bleak and non-existent" wi-fi and the fitness center that had not been completed during your stay. We currently have our IT director on site resolving our dead spot issues by adding more...

The location was fine - it's a hilly 20 minute walk to the convention center, which is fine by me. Service was friendly and as helpful as they could be. Room was big enough and clean. BUT. The walls are paper thin. I could hear both sides of a phone conversation in the next room, and every word that was...

This hotel was very nice! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything is kept clean and good looking. The lobby is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The elevator was pretty slow but we just ended up taking the stairs, no problem. We will be back!

The hotel is nice. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. And we love the location. It's walking distance to many restaurants and points of interest (Chinatown, etc.). The hotel's parking was pricey so we opted to use a garage a few blocks away. But I would definitely stay again!

Stayed here over New Year's weekend and I was quite impressed! Our room was quite large, even had a walk in closet. The bed was very comfortable, which is the most important thing. Throughout our stay, the staff were all so friendly and cordial. It was actually nice staying away from the tourist areas of the city, as it was...
