    Comfortable, large and clean room. Found location safe and in walking distance to most sights. Staff, especially front desk, Joanna, Christina, Sam and Greg (and cleaners) were very obliging. Cozy Cafe opposite the hotel opened early in the morning and served the most delicious breakfast (especially bagels). At times we picked up meals and ate in hotel courtyard. Walked to Trader Joe's for reasonable groceries (juice, wine,cheese & crackers,fruit, etc).…

    Another great stay!
    My family and I came back to the vertigo again and once again another great stay. It was a lot warmer this time that we stayed, our room was really warm during the day but it did manage to cool down at night just in time for bed. I do wish their was AC though. The staff is so cool, Greg gave us an awesome recommendation for lunch he was so helpful. We were pleased to see julissa again, she was friendly as always. Great hotel!…

    Beautiful hotel and excellent service!
    The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so accommodating. They made my boyfriend and I feel so special! Big thanks to Fernando for making our stay wonderful. The rooms are spacious and the bed is really comfortable!

    Great hotel, well postioned
    Friendly staff, comfortable, well maintained rooms. Loved the fact that gowns were supplied, and toiletries. The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to Union Square and down to Fisherman's Wharf, although the latter is a more challenging walk with the amazing hills! I recommend this hotel.…

    Excellent
    My friend loves the film vertigo so this was an amazing experience for her. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly and the lobby looked amazing. Ok location and no homeless people sleeping outside which was a bonus in this city.
