Normally we stay at another hotel in SF, but this time we needed to be on this particular side of town. The employee who was there during the course of our visit was delightful and very helpful. The room was basic (small, a view of a brick wall), but clean and we slept well due to minimal noise. The staffer... More

Stay here for 1 night while we were stopping in San Fran. We picked this hotel because of the pictures on "trip" the hotel was not what we thought. We did plan to stay for two nights but had to change it because of our flights. We did this before we started traveling America on booking.com. When we got there... More

San Fran is a great city but very expensive for good accommodation so we were rapt with this hotel. Great value for money! Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was nice and clean and modern. Very basic hotel but just what we needed for a couple of nights. Would definitely stay there again. The only downside was you get... More

Stayed here for my final weekend of my trip. The newly renovated room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has history - the elevator is a reflection of that history - but adds charm. The location is good, easy access to the F line stop on Market Street just outside the door. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. A... More

The Edwardian is a hotel build in 1908, and it shows. Nice old details and elevator. Room was small but good enough. neighborhood is not great but F tram stops right outside hotel so that makes it easy. Friendly staff.

This hotel is filled with so many awesome features. The rooms are super clean and very modern. I must say though that the people are what make this hotel outstanding! I left two of my necklaces behind and immediately the hotel representative called to confirm our address so that they could ship them to me. Any other hotel would have... More

Me and my friend decide to stay at this hotel after we read a good review from TripAdvisor. The location was perfect, very close to the subway, tram and bus. Warm welcome from the staff and they were really helpful as well. The room quite small but clean and tidy but the lift/elevator a bit too old so you need... More

My grandson and I brought my husband (who was in a wheelchair) to San Francisco, the day before he was to have back surgery at UCSF. All the hotels near the hospital were booked so we stayed at this hotel because the price was good and the location was convenient. That was where the convenience ended, tho. It's a very... More

I stay in around 30 hotels a year, and I have never been so disappointed. If you visit their website the hotel comes across as a fairly trendy boutique hotel. I was checked in to a triple room - I hadn't asked for this - and for 300 dollars I get a bunk bed and small single in a tiny... More

Before booking this hotel I read its mixed reviews. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. Good location with good access to public transportation. Free wifi. The room we had on the first floor was very small, and I mean it. If you have a suitcase bigger than the carry-on, the only place where you will be able to open... More
